This hotel is close to the exhibition centre and the Bordeaux congress palace, approximately 45 min from the Bay of Arcachon and its beaches, and only 10 minutes' drive from the city centre. The hotel is just a 5-minute drive from Bordeaux - Mérignac airport, where guests will also find a number of restaurants and shops.

200 apartments and 116 studios are located on 3 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions.     One queen bed and full sofa bed: €85.The suites are unrented units in an apartment complex. Room was clean and had a kitchnette with stove-top and fridge. There was NO air-conditioner, which made the room extremely uncomfortable. Noisey residents (all night) made keeping windows a non-option.Area dining options were extremely limited.     Absolutely avoid this place!Utterly disgusting - dirty, smelly and felt filthy in here. Stains, hairs, noisy neighbours, dodgy area.     Avoid this horrendous eerie place

    From the minute we landed we felt unsafe. Walked in through door and the smell was foul. There was dirt on the walls and dead flies all along the floor of bedroom by the window. There were loads of dead flies in the bath And also in the kitchen. My daughter moved the pillow, so caught a glimpse of it inside the pillow case and it was absolutely filthy and resembled an old square couch cushion. The place felt dangerous and unclean. We stayed sitting in apartment for 20 minutes and couldn’t stay any longer booked another hotel and left. How this can pass as a three star is beyond me. Avoid avoid avoid. There was also people standing on balconies staring at you. The corridor to front door was dark. Disgusting.     DO NOT BRING KIDS HERE… UNSAFE AND SCARY

    I felt in danger and I was extremely worried about my belongings when I left my room for the day. Warning - Do not stay in this hotel if you expect a nice stay. There is hostile atmosphere inside the worn out and rough complex, with groups of men on the balconies smoking and shouting till 6am, who do not give you welcoming stares to say the least! There is an awful smell of sewage and cigarettes throughout the buildings and in your room. The beds were uncomfortable and the room was boiling hot. The parties on the balconies outside went on till 6am. The hotel is really run down. It’s seriously needs some work done on it. The walls are marked with dirt, the balcony was very run down and all the paint work was chipped.     The appartments should have no stars at all. The Place is in dreadful state, I checked in and without taking the luggage out of the car we had to check out. It was too dirty and the smell of cigar and sewage was unbearable. The apartment had not been cleaned in a long time. We requested a refund or 50% of it as we did not even enter the place and they did not provide the same. For a lower rate we found a 4 star apartment, in booking.com closest to LAC in Bordeaux that was gorgeous. I do not recommend this place for families.
