    We only stayed for one night but the moment we arrived we knew it was going to be a great stay. A warm welcome clean and comfortable room a great location excellent breakfast and on booking the hotel staff took care of the parking so even that was hassel free. In a word.     This hotel is in an excellent location in the centre of Bordeaux, close to the shopping district and lots of bars and restaurants. The rooms are basic but very clean and comfortable, very affordable. The staff members are all very kind and helpful and we enjoyed our stay.     Good hotel with perfect location. Tram is very close. Room was supposed to be soundproof, but I had some noise from the room neighboor.     The location was central and the room was not bad except the lack of sound proof. However my review will be back due to the poor customer service. If you need to speak English because you do not speak French you need to contact property through WhatsApp. The deposit thing you pay for first night is ridiculous because I got charged the deposit and the full about if stay and after more than a month I got no refund, silence from the property and I had to contact the bank to push in order to get my money back. This is a shame and it is disrespectful.

    We booked for a short stay of 4 nights and it suited our purpose very well, being centrally located and good value for money. We took the precaution of booking a room away from the street, reducing the possibility of noise in the evenings. The hotel is just a few steps away from the tram stop, making it really easy to travel from and to the airport. The rooms are not big and there is not a great deal of storage, but perfectly adequate for our needs and length of stay. We found the beds really comfortable. There was a high level of cleanliness and all the staff were very friendly and helpful.
