    Well appointed rooms!

    The rooms are newly renovated and are well appointed. The hotel's communal areas felt a little corporate in comparison with the character of the rooms. Unfortunately no air conditioning across the hotel was operating during our stay on what was a very warm evening in October. Underground parking was fantastic and had plenty of spaces. Quite a distance on foot from the city centre but there were e-scooter rentals not far from the hotel.

    Dangerous bath tub

    Good breakfast and bed. The bath tub has curved sides so your feet are together making it very hard to keep your balance. I almost fell twice. Getting out was extremely difficult. It was 2 1/2 feet down to the floor with no hand rail. Nice place but don’t take a bath.     why no coffee cups????

    Slightly moody lady on reception when we arrived, no coffee cups in room, that's all the complaints, easily remedied, staff in the bar were super, breakfast staff smiley and helpful, restaurant waiters lovely, room was large and airy, spotlessly clean, Shower extremely efficient, enjoyed my stay immensely and would not hesitate to recommend, cannot quite understand paper cups for coffee in room but hey ho, We learn to get over ourselves. proximity to bus and tram excellent.

    Handy (and reasonably priced) hotel with great parking (free when we came) and helpful personnel. 15 minute walk to centre. The gym could use a bit more indication and the room fridge didn't work really well but a helpful base to explore Bordeaux's surroundings.

    Convenient for Bordeaux, about 30x minutes from the old town with parking & EV charging stations, a bonus for us. Comfortable rooms & helpful staff. Restaurant reasonable, limited choice but tasty. Breakfasts good offering a cooked selection as well as the usual coffee & croissants!
