One night stay as part of a business trip. The hotel, formerly Holiday Inn and now ibis Styles, is well suited to this type of short stay.The room was very clean, with modern and functional facilities: everything is simple, efficient and conforms to current standards. The bedding is correct and the quiet environment allows you to rest or work serenely. The whole hotel is well maintained. I also enjoyed the welcome left in the room, a simple but pleasant attention that humanizes the stay. The staff, rather young, is welcoming and professional, in a natural and efficient register. The price-performance ratio remains consistent for the category.The main point of improvement is breakfast. The offer is quite small, with few choices and especially few fresh products. The whole thing seems quite industrial, which is a bit of a shame and set back compared to the rest of the service, especially to start a working day.Positive overall assessment: a clean, convenient and reliable address for a short professional stay, with a neat welcome, but a breakfast that could be upgraded to be on the level of the rest. A perfect stay at the Holiday Inn Lormont!

I spent a great night in this hotel, which really surprised me with its comfort and services. The room was spacious, very clean and nice, exactly what it takes to rest in peace.The real plus of the establishment is the attention paid to guests. We feel a real personalization, which is rare and very appreciable: the little note left on the bed on arrival, the adorable and incredibly available night watchman, or the morning cake, made with care for breakfast... everything is thought to make the stay warm and unique.
