  Very unique hotel - i did not understand what customer profile this brand is aimed at. There are a lot of sexual reference which include free porn on the tv and ability to pre-book sex toys for your arrival. Yet families and children are welcomed. Room was clean and modern yet strange setup with a microwave in the bathroom yet no kettle. There were random cartoon masks in the room. Hotel is in a good location, just a few minutes walk from the main shopping street. Be aware that Ubers will not always drop you off at this hotel as much of the surrounding area is pedestrianised. The rooftop bar is quite pleasant for a drink. Some good free current movies available on the tv. Also always receive a free welcome drink (wine/beer) at Accor establishments due to my loyalty status but here it was just a bottle of apple juice in the room. No issues here and did the job but just find the Mama brand to be quite diverse.   After tricky journey into centre no help parking and at arrival no help with luggage at all ! Overpriced for a very small room that had very basic furnishing . Basic products and view of stairwell ! Roof top bar is a party place did not feel glamorous ! However good food and nice staff in the restaurant . We were also overcharged initially to secure our room .

  MS Bordeaux was a bad experience

  I made 3 different reservations for Mama. First one for 3 nights at MS Toulouse, then 2 nights a Bordeaux and finally 1 night again at MS Toulouse. The Toulouse part was excellent, however, at Bordeaux , I never got an e mail for the booking confirmation btw, I arrived to the front desk and the guy told me that my reservation was made for 11-13 of February not for 11-13 March that I obviously needed it. I asked to talk to the management staff and the front desk guy told me that nobody was available to talk to me and that my reservation was expired and charged, and that the hotel was fully booked to take me even if I was willing to pay for the reservation again. I am sorry but this was not ok. I made the 3 reservations, I got booking confirmation for the 2 reservations of Toulouse but nothing from the one in Bordeaux...strange, then how could it be that nobody from the management of the hotel was reachable? I paid 298 Eur for nothing and I could not confirm that what you told me that happened, it really happened...I am very disappointed, I stayed at MS LA first when I knew the brand in October 2024, then Toulouse, they are great experiences, but Bordeaux was extremely disappointing!

  Central location but strange atmosphere

  Central location, close to the tram and shopping area. Friendly reception staff. Nice contemporary room. However, stayed on the first floor and loud music late at night and early breakfast sounds kept us awake. Breakfast bar area was dark, more like a night club, found it hard to find breakfast items. The corridors were dimly, overall a strange atmosphere in the hotel. Probably wouldn’t recommend the hotel for a solo traveller or a family.

  We enjoyed our 3 night stay. Great staff, well located hotel. Lovely breakfast. Huge Room with rooftop views. Only complaint was as it was cold the sunny/ warm side of rooftop bar was closed. Manager advised it was due to only one bar staff . It didn't make sense that everyone was forced to sit in the cold. Regardless which table we sat at, still the same amount of people. Maybe next Spring, reserve half of each side so options are available. This obviously wouldn't be an issue in Summer. Other than that it was a great hotel.
