    Stayed two nights in May (13 to 15). The tram F from Airport takes you straight to Belcier, the stop for the hotel. It's only 6.5 euros for a 24 hour ticket. The reception was welcoming and even had a birthday note for me. Rooms were clean with adequate supply of beverages and water. Only fault could be the cheap toilet paper. A Supermarket is located nearby.

    No slippers and bathtub in rooms, disappointed for that. Breakfast is served with limited options , poor value for money. Staff is not familiar with VIP membership, need to retraining.     AC doesn’t work and was dismissed and lied to by staff.

    Not fit for purpose - stay here at your own discomfort.Stayed here expecting a comfortable night’s sleep, but unfortunately the air conditioning system was not working properly and was actually blowing hot air into the room. Since reading reviews - I’m not the first person to complain there’s no air con and they admitted that it’s not only broken but blowing hot air. The temperature in the room was extremely high (around 30°C), making it very difficult to sleep. I woke up with bad headaches as a result. Opening the window was not an effective solution as it only opened slightly and did not allow sufficient ventilation.What was particularly frustrating was the inconsistency in responses from staff. One member of staff initially lied and dismissed the issue, suggesting that “French people like it warm in March,” while another later confirmed there was a known fault with the system and even demonstrated that the air coming from the vent was HOT on the cool setting.No real solution was offered on the night, and alternative rooms were either unavailable or had their own issues.I chose this hotel specifically because it advertised air conditioning, and at this price point (€120 per night), I would expect a basic level of comfort and a room that is fit for sleeping.Overall, disappointing experience due to what appears to be an ongoing issue with the air conditioning system and likes from staff about known.     Reasonable Hotel but is not 4 star experience

    Check in was smooth and as a Hotels.com Gold Member, I was entitled to a free beverage so all that was made available.The room and the entire property looks very new and the room was good, with a large comfortable king bed. The breakfast was basic (almost similar to what I had in Madrid, which was a 2 star hotel) so wasn’t very impressed with the spread. As always, the breakfast spread doesnt change at all so I guess it must be the way in this part of the world.Staff was pleasant without being exceptional (Dubai is where you go for exceptional service, not Europe) but the TV in the room didn’t seem to have any of the English channels working. The TV said CNN & BBC was available but it wasn’t working. I complained to the Reception but nothing was done!! In times like this, especially when I have to return home via Dubai, being informed about what’s happening via the news channels are important. A Radisson that doesn’t care to repair their network especially when complained shows a lack of interest in service. I guess no one can be fired for being incompetent in France! Overall, I’d rate this as an average hotel due to their lackadaisical service but the property and the rooms are extremely good. A hotel is more than the rooms so this place needs improvement.     Easy to find, come out of St Jean station by Halle 3 (Atlantique) side. Turn right and 5 minute walk. Very modern hotel. Don’t expect room ready early as they want you to pay extra for this. Original room quite large but tiny WC area. This was a premium room. Had accident with badly chosen site for a towel holder halfway up the wall. Got moved to another room but this was not premium but an accessibility room. Didn’t feel got an apology and bad start to my experience. This may have been due to language issue. Equally apart from room change nothing done, maybe they felt this would be an admission of blame rather than good customer relations. Otherwise room comfortable but bland. Fire Alarm during stay due to an idiot smoking in his/her room. Breakfast was good, excellent coffee. Plenty cold and hot stuff.Good hotel to stay at.
