  staffs are very kind and friendly.location was convenience for transportation (train and tram)simply rooms and small kitchen are good for longer stays.bakery located next door has nice and tasty breads and cakes.

  Not actually open 24 hours. Arrived to the hotel and no-one was there - in-fact the entrance was completely locked. We phoned, no answer. Dont advertise open 24 hour check in if its not the case. Really screwed us over and had us walking around at 3 am scrambling to find a hotel that could take us in. Ibis Budget Hotel was able to accommodate.

  I had a worst stay here. I arrived the hotel near 10:30pm, I saw there was a man using a piece of paper to block the door of entrance from locking before he left the premise. He was holding many beer bottles as well. We looked at him but he stared us back, since both of us are girls so we dared not to have eye contact with him anymore cuz we didnt want to get ourselves in trouble.When I arrived the room, the appearance of it is totally different from the website I booked it. They have two hotels around here and they used the photos of the nicer hotel to attract you to book the cheaper hotel!! IT IS A SCAM! Don’t believe the photos that the website provided you. If I have seen the actual photos of the room, I believe I wont book this hotel from the very first day. There were small cockroaches in my room too.. the cleanliness of the room is terrible too.. you can feel the oil from the handle of the fridge, and I cant help myself doubting if they had cleaned the room before letting residents in. Worst of all, I had to fear the man I saw earlier will come to trespass my room, since the lock seemed to be not stable as well..I wanted to leave but after going through all these it was already midnight.. no chance to change to other hotels.. so I stayed up all night.. and the next day, i told the lady from reception I had to do early check out and I told her what happened, she denied any of it without checking the CCTV. Well fine, I wont come back anyway!For those who will come to Bordeaux, avoid this hotel!!

  Fantastic value for money

  The room was very clean, with enough utilities. Beds were comfy. Wifi was very poor, one socket was broken, and the bathroom sink leaked, but otherwise everything was in good condition. The problems were quite annoying, but the cheap prices mean I cannot complain. Within walking distance of several good places to get food, including baked goods and fast food.

  First reason to choose this hotel is that it has reasonable price and near to train station and city bus/tram stop. There are a lot of halal restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. There are also a few supermarkets near the hotel. The room is clean and spacious with a double bed, a sofa bed and small dining table. The kitchenette is equip with kettle, electric stove, microwave, fridge, pan/pot and kitchenware (but no knife) adequate to cook/warm your breakfast or simple lunch. This hotel will be in my travel list.
