  Not quite a 4-star experience - honest review

  The staff were friendly and helpful, but unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.The location isn’t ideal — far from both the old town and the beaches. We had to take the bus and walk long distances daily. The hotel claims it’s only minutes away from attractions like the Picasso Museum, the Nice airport or the beach, but in reality, it took up to 20 minutes by car. Without a car, it’s not ideal at all. The only nearby spots are a small grocery store and a bakery.The room was spacious with okay storage, but the first thing we noticed was a dirty carpet, full of hair and stains. The bedsheet had also stains and the TV remote didn’t work.In the bathroom there was a strong sewage smell, especially when using the sink. We had to keep the bathroom door closed, otherwise the whole room smelled bad. In the shower, there was only one almost empty bottle of all-in-one shampoo.The balcony view was just of a parking lot, online photos are showing sea or city views, which are completely misleading since neither of which are actually nearby.Breakfast cost €17 per person, which felt overpriced for what was offered. We had higher expectations based on the price and the rating, but this was far below standard. Dirty carpets, sewer smells, no toiletries, and a completely misleading description. There’s no spa, no proper lobby, no lounge, no gym — absolutely nothing extra. Just the bare minimum: a bed and a bathroom. Even that came with issues. We wouldn’t recommend it to others, especially if you’re traveling without a car or expecting a proper 4-star stay.

  It was amazing. We had problems with our stay in other hotel and the staff there made possible that we could have a place to stay for the weekend. They helped us with restaurant choices, routes and made our stay so easy and enjoyable. They were so helpful with every documentary aspect and the location was excellent, and so was the staff. 10/10

  Clean, modern and within walking distance to Old Antibes

  Clean, modern hotel. Our family of 4 adults chose this hotel as it's on the outskirts of Antibes and so not in the heart of the tourist area, but Old Antibes is just a 15-20-minute walk away. The receptionist who checked us in (Elliot) could communicate with us in English as well as the expected French, and was very friendly and helpful The room we were given far exceeded expectations: comfortable and clean with a rain-shower, as well as a balcony with a sea view. We didn't have the breakfast so can't comment on that, but we would definitely stay here again if in the area.

  Horrible service, lying staff.. First accept our request to cancel one night and after we change the flight and paid for it, reject the request without any reason or explanation, the staff hide in the office and didn't even talk to us. Horrible experience.

  This was our 2nd stay in the last 5 years and would stay again. All staff is extremely helpful and will go out of their way to get an answer for you. The best restaurant recommendations, very close to a bus stop & short walk to the train station. The best breakfast buffet- especially for us Americans as they have traditional breakfast food for us. Across the street is a good little market store and a laundromat that we used as we didn’t give the hotel enough notice on our laundry. Lots of shelving in both the room and bathroom and even in the closet. Busy street but no noise problem unless you leave the patio doors open. Hope to stay again sometime.
