Location

This provincial style hotel is situated in the tourist centre of Cannes, on Boulevard d'Alsace. La Croisette promenade and the beach as well as the picturesque old town are less than 800 m away. The hotel lies opposite the train station, from which Nice and Monaco may be easily reached. A selection of shopping and entertainment venues can also be found in the immediate vicinity, along with the congress centre. The aqua theme park, Marineland, lies around 5 km away.

Facility

5 suites, 5 single rooms and 54 double rooms are located on 7 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Services such as a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well. Additional amenities include a TV room and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park. Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the view of the city from a balcony or terrace.     Great location, staff, and breakfast reasonably priced

    I stayed 11 days while attending the CANNES film festival. Every hotel was either booked or five times their normal price. While the prices were inflated during this time., I had excellent service from the staff and a very pleasant day. The location is great. You can get anywhere by train as you're just moments from the station and town is a five minute walk. There is a small gym, which is a plus. Treadmill, bike, elliptical, and sit up board. Though not a fitness center per se it'll do. The only thing I would've liked is that there's absolutely no room service. That was a surprise to me. With a full days activities I sometimes like to retreat to my room and have a private dinner to recharge. However, food to go is easy to get and high-quality in this area so if you're looking for a convenient place to stay with a beautiful little pool, great staff and a nice vibe at a reasonable price, this is perfect for you.

    Lovely bijoux Hotel in good location

    We stayed for four nights in this hotel. The location is good next to the Cannes railway station - however, we arrived late round 21hrs we found it difficult to find the underpass to the hotel and ended up walking a long way before getting to the other side of the main road. It wasn’t clear at the station where the underpass was. The rooms were good with enough room for luggage and quiet. Sometimes from the corridor there was a whiff of cigarette smoke though smoking was not allowed but the room was fine and you could open the window. There was AC as well but it was not very efficient and during the night the room got quite warm. The breakfast was excellent and staff were all very attentive and friendly. We would stay there again !

    Nice budget hotel in great condition and very good location walkable to city centre in 5-10 minutes. Close to trains, buses, etc and next to the shopping district. Hotel has a rooftop pool with great views. Rooms are well appointed with good TV channels and comfortable beds and furnishings. Staff were always helpful and friendly.     Aircond nt working. Heater not able to adjust to lower temperature. No brush n toothpaste including drinking water. Overall very good services. Pls keep it up.     Nice little hotel near to the train station

    Stayed here with my adult daughter for a long weekend and had a good time. Room was smaller than I had anticipated, plus I had not organised twin beds (my mistake), however, the bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable and the room was very quiet with no noise disturbance whatsoever. The breakfast was a little disappointing compared to other 4* hotels with less fresh fruit and ham/cheese selections than I am used to but we always found something to eat. The location was perfect, just around the corner from the train station as we did lots of touring around, and it is also close walking distance to the town centre, but it is not on the main promenade. The pool was a very welcome addition, along with the shower room for our late checkout. Overall, recommended, but not for a luxury break.
