This hotel is located in the centre of Cannes and features panoramic views of the Old Port and Cannes Bay. It is just a few steps from the Croisette and the Palais des Festivals. It is just 200 m from Cannes' beaches and the luxury shops of Rue d'Antibes. There are restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Nice is approximately 35 minutes' drive from the hotel and Nice - Côte d'Azur International Airport is around 30 km away. Marseille - Provence airport is roughly 120 km from the hotel.

Facility

The hotel was built in 1871. The hotel has 62 non-smoking rooms, which are located on 5 storeys and are reachable by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. A cloakroom, a baggage storage service and a safe are available. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The hotel offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities.     Excellent hotel. Very central near shops and the beach - ideal location. Lovely, friendly, professional reception staff and cleaning ladies. Smallish room but comfortable and well worth paying for the balcony which overlooked the port and square and where I had breakfast every day (beware seagulls :). The hotel was clean, quiet, relaxed, well equipped ( I liked the little washing line in the bathroom), comfortable bed and felt like a home-from-home. I would most definitely recommend and go back

    Very disappointing stay.The hotel is well located on the Croisette, but that’s the only positive point.The room was not at all what was shown and paid for on the website: old furniture, ugly and poorly maintained.On arrival the room was freezing cold, with no heating on, and it never warmed up during the night.The next day I left the air conditioning on, but when I came back it was turned off and the room was cold again.Totally unacceptable for the price. I do not recommend this hotel.

    Excellent location and staff. Old world charm, if you like boutique hotels. We had a Deluxe room facing the marina, which was outstanding. Very clean rooms and property. location is by the marina close to everything, really lively at nights. beds were fantastic, older showers which need some improvement. Breakfast was outstanding as well with many cold an hot choices. will definitely stay there again.

    Welcoming reception. We asked for an upper room. Our room 515 was big. We paid a supplement for a full balcony and it was really worth it. We had a top floor room and it was great, good views over the marina and old town. You could sit and watch all the activity below. Location good for loads of restaurants and atmosphere. The breakfasts were good and 1 lady particularly helped me in carrying things. Sorry I didn't ask her name. An easy walk from the TGV station with bags

    Lovely looking building near the harbour, with really nice views of the harbour from the front facing rooms.The interior seems a bit dated and the rooms could do with an update and refresh. However, the bedroom and bed itself was comfortable and the whole property was clean and appeared to be well looked after.Good location near the harbour and a short walk into town where you will find many bars and restaurants.Overall, a decent mid range hotel which doesn't break the bank for this area.
