    Very disappointing and unacceptable experience.We were forced to stay four nights in a room with a windowless bathroom and completely broken ventilation, making it necessary to use the bathroom with the door open due to extreme steam and odors. Despite reporting this immediately, no repair and no room change were offered. Also We found mould growing behind the toilet and in the shower.The hotel initially promised one complimentary breakfast as compensation, then denied it after check-out, claiming we had unpaid breakfasts. Even worse, our friends were not allowed to leave the hotel unless they paid €21 on our behalf, despite the fact that we had already checked out twice (pre-bill and final bill) and had receipts proving payment.In our absence, hotel staff also falsely accused us of having requested a room change, attempting to shift responsibility for their internal booking error onto us, without any possibility for us to defend ourselves, creating imbarass with our friends and leading our reputation.Poor communication, improper billing, false accusations, and extremely unprofessional behavior.Absolutely not acceptable for a 3-star hotel in Cannes. It is really a pity as the position is very good.

    Great hotel….. great location in the city close to all amenities and short walk from Palace of Festivals. Short walk from station also. Clean and quiet. Very nice rooms and staff are very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back in the future.

    This is a small hotel in an old building that's great for the budget traveller. I had a top floor room that faced an unattractive courtyard.It was very clean and adequate for a couple of nights. The building has creaky, old floorboards, and narrow corridors. These are things to be expected in a building of this age.It's in a great position - close to all the restaurants and cafes, very near to the railway station, and a short walk from the Croissette.I think the photos give a better impression than the reality, but it really is a nice place in which to spend a few nights.

    Location, breakfast, staff. Hotel is very close to beach and train station. Staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and our mini suite very big. Breakfast was lovely. Cereals, yogurt, meats, cheese and you could boil eggs. Plenty of places close by to eat out and drink.

    What a let down this place was

    Dirty carpets, broken A/C, dangerously loose electrical fittings. This place does not deserve at 3 star rating. It’s barley a 2. Think the ice before booking and dint believe the pictures online. There are zero places to store any clothes in the room and the beds are basic as basic can get. The only saving Grace was the friendly guy at reception. It’s not a good hotel
