Location

The hotel is located in the upper town, facing the gulf of Porto-Vecchio and near to the beaches of Santa Giulia and Palombaggia. It is also close to the Col de Bavella stage of the GR 20 footpath. The port is within walking distance. The town centre, which has shops and a tourist information centre, is also just a few minutes' walk away. The hotel is approximately 130 km from Bastia - Poretta Airport and 140 km from Ajaccio - Campo dell'Oro Airport.

Facility

40 non-smoking rooms, including 8 suites and 30 double rooms, are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access (for a fee) is provided in public areas. The hotel offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Guests can take advantage of the nightly turndown service. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms are also available. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

    Worst hotel, stay away. The room we got was facing a wall. No daylight. Basically a basement. The receptionist didn't care about our concern nor sie the management. Do yourself a favour and fins a better hotel. This one clearly operates under the French motto "the customer is always wrong" Worst experience for us in a while....

    This hotel was absolutely terrible. My room smelled like a damp, musty basement. I tried several times to get a different room, but I was told each time that the hotel was fully booked. They only promised to send the housekeeping, which, as expected, did nothing to fix the smellA couple staying at the same hotel told me they were able to get a room on short notice. So, it wasn't even true that no rooms were available.I had to keep the windows open throughout my entire multi-day stay, and yet, now even my clothes smell musty. I felt completely uncomfortable in this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone

    Within walking distance to citadel and the Acitadina across the road to travel free.Views from the roof top is fabulous. Clean hotel with comfortable bed and linens.I did not have time to have breakfast but looked sufficiently appealing.

    My ferry from Sardinia to Corsica got cancelled twice due to extreme weather conditions. This hotel refused to refund me money, stating “it’s not our fault”. In reality it isn’t mine either. They mentioned they have a 7 day cancellation policy, as if I would be able to know accurately the weather 7 days prior. Also, my ferry got fully refunded, my two other hotels refunded me too. These were the only greedy ones!

    Choose a room facing the front of building. The rooms facing front have a balcony and a very nice view of the area. Rooms facing rear have a small window and look out at a stone wall. The hotel appears to have 3 sizes of rooms, ours was in the middle size. Our room was very small and had an awkward shower tub. As mentioned in a previous review, glass partition does not keep shower water in tub and a large puddle accumulates on floor. Rooms were very clean. Rooms suitable for short stays especially if facing rear. Bar on roof top opened at 5pm. with small choice of tapas.
