  Certainly the best hotel in Corsica! Luxury hotel with an amazing city view, rooms are really nice, we had our own pool. Sauna and spa are also very nice!

  Our stay at Cali Di Greco was delightful from start to finish. We spent 4 nights here. The buildings and grounds are so beautiful and have a grecian style...clean modern lines, white buildings carefully situated in a stunning landscaped property. Each room is very private with two doors, one leading in from the outside, then an artfully designed entryway leading to another door into the room. We had our own terrace with an ocean view. We got the "basic" room and felt we had plenty of space. We enjoyed the infinity pool just below us. The room decor is simple and stunning; we can appreciate the design. The breakfasts are not to be missed. Anything you could possibly want is there and it is all homemade. Each morning we sat outside overlooking the almost mythical ancient walled city of Bonifacio. I had to pinch myself; the view is one of the most ethereal views I have encountered in my life. And during our breakfast housekeeping staff were busy freshening up our room!The last sentence leads me to bring up the owner and family who run and operate the hotel. They are very "hands on" and it shows. The owner makes a point of checking in with all the guests each morning and make time to connect in an authentic way.We spent 5 weeks in France and Corsica staying in small hotels. Cali Di Greco was our favorite hotel of all.In a world where personal attention and graciousness is rare I am grateful to the owners for creating a little world of beauty and generosity.Merci beaucoup!Peggy Williams

  Spectacular Boutique Hotel

  We spent two nights at the Cala di Greco and would have loved to stay longer. The location and view of historic Bonifacio from the infinity edge pool are astounding (great)! The staff was friendly and helpful at suggesting activities and the rooms are contemporary cool and spacious. A car is a must for exploring this part of the island, which is spectacular.

  5-star hotel with 2-star service and food

  A luxurious boutique property with fantastic facilities and a million dollar view of scenic Bonifacio France. This is Easily a 5-star property with spacious villa suites, a great pool and bar area and modern conveniences, yet why only 3-stars you ask?Being a seasonal property (they close at the end of October) means they have a young, inexperienced staff which is readily apparent from the first moment you arrive. They just aren’t skilled in dealing with they type of people who are paying 500€ per night for a hotel room. Secondly the food and beverage service is sub-par. While there was a breakfast buffet included in our rate the food options while varied were institutional and hum drum; far below expectations for a luxurious French resort. Also the food available at the bar was disappointing. We ordered a charcuterie platter and also a bruschetta board to accompany some wine instead of taking another 25€ taxi trip (each way) into town for dinner. The meat looked like leftovers from breakfast with an off color. The bruschetta was essentially toast with some cherry tomatoes and herbs. It was dry and flavorless-such a missed opportunity both to enhance revenue and to reinforce the luxury brand they want to cultivate.Bottom line-if you have a car and don’t mind dealing with the extreme parking challenges in Bonifacio , the food issues might not matter. In which case the property itself is a beautiful oasis of calm and peace.Tips based on our experiences: But don’t ask them to do laundry as you won’t necessarily get it back the same day as the only person able to do it leaves at 3. Also don’t arrive before 4 as your room likely won’t be ready despite the emails they send asking for your arrival time, and there’s really no place to hang out unless it’s nice enough to get in the pool.Sorry Cala di Greco, you have so much unrealized potential….

  Amazing, excellent and relaxing place

  One single and simple term to describe our experience: AMAZING! I strongly recommend this resort, everything was perfect and above expectation: the place, the atmosphere, the cure for details, the service, the cleaning, the forniture, the bed, the style, the breakfast, the pool restaurant, the pools, etc. Really, everything! I also highly appreciated the service provided by the reception which recommended, before our arrival and according to our preferences, which activities, beaches and restaurants could be best for us. I strongly recommend Cala di Greco if you are looking for a wonderful, relaxing, isolated and exclusive place to stay in the south of Corsica.Thank you to the whole team!
