    One night spent in this residence, we were originally supposed to be at the tylburi hotel, but due to the end of lockdown the hotel is not open. So upgraded in this residence owned by the hotel. Very clean, spacious and airy apartment, appreciable sea view. Little flat the breakfast a little basic, but still delivered in room so good. Hotel located very close to the center.     Insensitive no communication skills and no descriptions from Booking.com to the customer as of what where and what to do

    While booking with Booking.com then send me a confirmation review and the address and then I show up to the address and there’s no way to know where the reception is. The door is locked. There’s no sign on the door telling me what to do so curiosity because so many Yorker go next-doorand then next door hotel happens. Do you know what’s up? Then the hotel next-door, which is called hotel. De tilbury the front desk was insane not knowing who I was after. I said that there was no code and no sign on the door.I felt like a second-class citizen. This is insane if you were a foreigner do do not go to hotel, Trilby in Ponte Vecchio ever there were in different to me and not acknowledging the fact that they were wrong and I was right. I have to ask 10 minutes in French, which I am fluent on that I am right and they were wrong. Then.Then I come back from an evening and there is no Wi-Fi connection. I got to the reception and the receptionist agent talks to me as I was some peasant from the street that no explanation for the Wi-Fi not working that is not a good enough explanation as a person is spending $150 a night for a place to stay.

    The staff is welcoming but the studios are poorly arranged. The bed is a convertible sofa. In the bathroom, a curtain separates the shower from the toilet, no furniture to put toiletries.There is parking at the Pension for 20 euros per night because it is difficult to find a place on the street.The balcony is tiny and has no visual separation from the other rooms.     Bathroom needs to be improved

    We stayed here for just a few hours before our ferry to Nice and obviously for that reason the receptionist gave us a superior apartment instead of a standard one which we initially booked. It was spacious, comfortable and clean with a great view and a fully equipped kitchenette. However, the bathroom wasn’t good at all: it had neither a curtain nor edging. I can’t imagine how it’s ever possible to take a shower there…However, the personnel is super-friendly and they helped us enormously in one very important case. Thank you guys so much!Also, the hotel is located right in the centre of the town, close to the citadel, restaurants and shops.

    So we made a reservation for a double room. Four adults. There was a queen size bed and a sleeper-sofa....We paid $183.00 for "luxury"The next day we changed our reservation from one double room, to two separate rooms, hoping everybody would sleep in a real bed. To our surprise, there was no bed. Just a sleeper-sofa. I'm embarrassed to have guests at my house sleeping in sofas like this. A hotel with no bed. That's a first.P.S. no curtain showers or squeegee either. I guess the $183.00 rate isn't enough to buy a shower curtain.
