    Great location. Very good amenities, lovely spa, pools and children's areas. The food at the buffet during breakfast and during the evening was excellent.Our family room was a little disappointing....No mattress protectorsNo Fridge for our toddler's milkNo furniture on the South facing balconyNo Table and chairs in the roomNo food served during the dayLittle storage

    Fantastic Hotel in a brilliant location

    What a brilliant Hotel, it so conveniently located right by the slopes and a very short walk to all the lifts and restaurants/bars. Stayed here with my daughter and everything was superb, from location, staff could not of been more friendly, great ski hire shop on site and really good breakfast. The Spa with steamroom, sauna and swimming is great as well, we've already booked to return next year.

    Amazing location on the slopes in Plagne Centre. Made for a very easy family holiday with modern spacious rooms, and family facilities with kids area off the bar with pool table, gaming, cinema area, foosball etc meaning we could relax in the bar with a book. Wonderful breakfast buffet to start your day. Nuxe spa is a perfect evening activity after a long day. Staff were all lovely and helpful - especially helping carry your skis up and down the stairs. Ski in ski out.Nights can be a bit noisy with the snow ploughs outside but location outweighs this - just take ear plugs!

    We have been coming to this area skiing for several years and have tried different accommodations but this one tops them all! Every member of staff has been so helpful without exception. Louis and Jeremy in the ski room carried our skis upstairs every day and helped ensure our boots fitted properly. The staff in the restaurant, Valentine and Georgie went the extra mile for us and Dimitri was exceptionally helpful on reception. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough, it’s is good for families with a play area for younger children and live music is on a few nights each week. Happy hour in the bar is a bonus, especially after a hard days skiing.

    I really enjoyed my stay. Staff were great, location was amazing, lovely communal areas. Rooms were a little dated (could do with new bathrooms) and slightly small but very clean, comfortable and I would definitely stay again and recommend. Boot room was small but we had a locker for our stuff and staff were really helpful. Food quality was good but also near lovely restaurants.
