  Very bad experience

  Very disappointing stay. When we arrived, we didn’t receive the room we booked and the staff didn’t even apologize just said we’d get another room the next day. The hot water in the shower barely worked.The next day we had to pack everything again and move rooms, and after unpacking we discovered the bathroom sink was clogged. On top of that, the snow groomers were very noisy at night, making it hard to sleep.Not worth the price. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.   Fantastic hotel in every aspect

  Fantastic hotel, literally at the side of the beginners area and Bollin lift, brilliant ski In and ski out, lovely spacious locker room with onsite rental shop.Rooms lovely large clean and warm. Food was exceptional with lots of choice and never running out. The bar was efficient and friendly.All in all fantastic hotel I can’t wait to return in March to celebrate my 50th birthday!!!   Great, but could be better

  The hotel has been renovated, and whenever I spoke with some of the staff, the interactions were great. The gym could have more equipment, but it's okay. The pool is nice. The surroundings are very pleasant. The ski room inside the hotel is great, and the ski lockers are individual and have electronic passwords. However, some considerations are very necessary as certain aspects left a lot to be desired.Arrival Assistance: On the day of our arrival, there was a heavy snowstorm and the public elevators in Val Claret were out of order. We had to carry heavy luggage up the stairs (+-3/4floors). When we requested assistance from Belambra Le Diva (same level) reception on Jan 10th, 2026, at approximately 7:00 PM, the receptionist said she couldn't help at all, not even to call a car/taxi/transfer. Given the circumstances and the fact that we were guests, we expected more empathy and assistance.Elevators: The hotel elevators were out of order for almost the entire week, forcing us to climb stairs after breakfast and, most critically, after ski training sessions (6 floors).Buffet Replenishment: Food was not being replenished, even with 1 hour remaining before the end of breakfast, lunch, or dinner service. If a specific pie or dessert runs out, I understand that it may be due to under-planning and cannot be baked instantly. However, at breakfast, staple items like black coffee and scrambled eggs simply cannot fail to be replenished while the service is still open.Service Speed: There was a significant delay in replenishing clean cups and mugs, which apparently indicates understaffing (over-demand for the number of employees).Suggestion: I suggest having an "après-ski" event at the end of the ski session, and not just during lunchtime.These are points that are easy to improve but would make a huge difference in the guest experience.   Would not recommend this hotel for the all inclusive. Awful

  Ok hotel in a ok position, but the whole all inclusive package was a joke. Far too busy and they can’t replenish the food and glasses. Jugs for water. Coffee cups quick etc etc quick enough. The food was often cold. It was quite disjointed. For example you had a bread table and then you would have to walk up the other end to get the butter. At breakfast they have a fresh orange machine where you have got to cut up the oranges your self and hold them against a juicer to get the orange juice. Very odd? I defiantly wouldn’t recommend this hotel for this reason alone.The room was ok although we did have a fantastic view of the mountain from our window. We won’t be returning to Balambra, We prefer the more chill breakfast and dinner where you can choose what you like and they will bring to you. Also somebody serving coffee in the morning isn’t a lot to ask when you have paid so much for the hotel.
