    The hotel is nicely located in the village. The building is nice, eventhough the entrance is not obvious (at the back of the terrace). The room was nice, relativeely clean (there was never the less a big dead spider in the bathtub).The pool is small but convient on hot summer days.Globaly a correct hotel for the region. Be however aware that there are not much parking spots in the village (especially problematic when there are lots of people on holiday!).     Lovely hotel, lovely staff

    Lovely friendly hotel in centre of Le Grand Bornand. Our room which was recently refurbished was comfortable with a great view of the valley from our balcony. The staff were all excellent and made our stay very enjoyable. We had breakfast each day in the hotel which was self service, and ate in the restaurant one evening, which we could not fault. The spa is very clean and a great bonus after a days skiing. A bit of a trek to the ski lift but there is a ski bus stop within 100 meters so no issue The best compliment we can leave is that we would happily return.     Dog-friendly, people-friendly Hotel

    Friendly, welcoming staff. Great selection of food at breakfast and in the evening. The pretty Alice room was big, clean and right next to the swimming pool that was the perfect solution to handling the hot summer weekend.     The Best Western Chalet Les Saytels has everything to offer more importantly friendly and very helpful staff that make me want to come back again! I enjoyed so much the heated swimming pool and the sauna after skiing every night.     Warm, cozy, family-friendly hotel

    We’ve spent three weekends here in January and February 2022 with our family of four, including two kids of 3 and 6 years old. We love everything about this place: the rooms are beautifully renovated and provide every comfort, the food in the restaurant is really very good, the lounge area is charming and perfect for apéro, the swimming pool and jaccuzzi are really nice to relax after skiing, and the hotel is a short walk from the bus stop en route to the telecabines. It has everything we like and need as a family to fully relax and enjoy a weekend of skiing.
