    Everything didn't look like the pictures on the website, it was dirty and not taken care of at all. The bathroom was in a disgusting condition, walls and doors were broken and cracked, overall we aren't happy or pleased with our stay in the slightest.

    The good points first - location right in the heart of the town and easy walk to ski bus stops, the friendly & helpful staff on reception and breakfast, the free coffee machine.However, this hotel has not been updated since the 1960’s - it’s very tired and needs a complete refurbishment. The walls between rooms are paper thin - we got very little sleep all week due to noisy / partying people in adjacent rooms often until 5.00 am. The room above us had someone who every night started stomping around usually from 2.00am to 4.30am, as if he was doing exercises, or perhaps he was on drugs? The room had no number so was presumably staff?The sign in the bathroom said leave towels on the floor if they needed replacing - nope, they just hung them back up. The bidet taps were loose & didn’t work. The shower over the bath is at chest height. The TV had no signal. The bed was never changed. Dirty cups weren’t cleaned up or taken away. The safe had no batteries so was no use. The ‘cleaners’ left our room door open several days. The standard of cleaning was poor.You are expected to put room keys in a bowl on reception - there is absolutely no control over who can take these so the room is not secure, same applies to the key for the ski / luggage room.

    Omg our room was deplorable. The bathroom bath/shower had mould, stains on the carpet and chairs. We were on level three no fan only an open window. The staff are helpful. We booked as it mentioned a lift in the booking. No lift in our atea so had to lug the bags up three floors. This place is in need of a major refurbishment. The place literally smells i.e stinks

    😊 room was bigger than expected. It was clean, bed was comfortable and shower was ok (have had worse) Staff were really good, reception gave us an adapter for our charger when we realised we'd forgotten ours.🙁 Room was very warm even with windows open.Unfortunately couldn't have them open Friday night as noise from nearby bars was very loud. Also there was a music evening that was meant to finish at 21:30 but the "thump, thump" music continued until well after midnight. If the noise from bars doesn't bother you the location is excellent.

    Well where do i even start? room’s extremely warn bathrooms falling to pieces.i have never been so disgusted and felt so violently sick about a meal but infront of me until now! you have a set menu for people staying inside the hotel with a choice of 3 things per course (cheap gross food). you have absolutely no idea how clean? how new? and how cooked a certain piece of food is. the service in the restaurant is absolutely disgusting constantly having to ask and repeat 4 or 5 times simple requests such as please can we have some tap water? but no it is forgotten about 50 times. Ordered steal well done and it came practically still alive. When you ask for it to be taken back they get offended. Cannot say how bad this place is for what you are paying!
