27 suites are located on 7 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Spent a week at this fantastic hotel, had half board and the food is out of this world, suite was luxury and the staff very friendly and attentive, would 100% recommend

Stunning hotel in the alps - sauna + steam room and views over the mountains

Everything you need from a hotel in the mountains with nice thoughtful touches. This hotel isn’t what you would expect for a 5* - I agree the interior isn’t modern but modern doesn’t really suit the alps! This hotel is chic and spotless - exceptionally clean in fact. The staff are helpful and the sauna + stream room - not modern I agree but great - large size and the pool is amazing for overlooking the mountains as the sun sets. Our suite was on two levels - felt like a home from home - we loved the view! The dining room area and sofa allowed us to really relax in the evening after a bite to eat. Interior mix of modern and traditional which works. Thoughtful sweets every night left by housekeeping on your pillowcase :) Lastly, I would like to suggest staff at the hotel let guests know there are freshly baked items everyday served in the bar! Delicious so help yourself for no charge. Live music every Wednesday evening! This hotel is a ski in / ski out which means you can ski straight from the slopes using the ski lift - DES ALMESEnjoy this hotel and everything it has to offer, we definitely did and we will be back! First of all, the hotel is very dated. Many things were simply not working when we were there (the spa is quite poor, sauna was not working, the pool much too cold. Even the showers were “out of service”),The restaurant is ok. The food is not “gourmet”. It was very under-staffed and we had to wait for the meals for ages. The management was super unhelpful. One day we were stuck in Tignes and could not get back to the hotel (due to snowy conditions). The hotel refused to help us (or even help taking the skis; it takes several hundred meters to walk and it’s quite a steep walk. Especially difficult if you have children, ski equipment and ski boots. Fine if they felt too risky to drive clients but they could at least have helped with equipment.The same happened when we arrived. We had to lug all the suitcases uphill and the hotel would not help.Extremely disappointed.

Excellent location, truly is ski to door, suites give plenty of space, food is amazing, staff really helpful. Minor annoyances - fridge in the room have been nice, lock on ski store doors was troublesome. But not a big deal!
