49 suites, 4 apartments and 61 double rooms are located on 9 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities available at the apartment hotel include a baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park. A hairdryer and a telephone are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The apartment hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

    Not far from the Train Station...walking distance. Welcoming staff. Good breakfast Open 24h 7/7. Carpark available . Spacious studio, soundproof, great view to the mountains. Very clean. Chamrousse ski Resort not far away. We will come back :-) No doubt.     Nice aparthotel for six people

    We stayed two nights at this aparthotel, when coming back from Les Deux Alpes, before leaving Grenoble. This aparthotel is located on the western side of the Grenoble train station (but Grenoble is small enough to walk around).The aparthotel was actually quite pleasant. We were in a group of six and were given an apartment with two bedrooms and one sofa bed in the living room. The apartment completes with a small kitchen, toilet and a bathroom. Everything was clean on arrival, but one toilet and bathroom might be too crowded for six people.It has the home-feeling for us and we like the place. The aparthotel also have gym facilities, but we did not use it. There is also a restaurant serving breakfast in the morning, but we did not have it.From the hotel, you can walk (safely) to the town centre (where most shops and restaurants are) located. I found the surrounding area quiet at night, but completely safe to walk around. This aparthotel is very good for those who want to stay close to train/ bus station, but at the same time able to walk to town centre. I booked it through ALL website and it was actually cheaper than Ibis Styles hotel nearby, but with larger space.     The worst hotel I have ever stayed, bar none. The hotel is run down, disgusting carpets, bad of ours in bedroom and dodgy characters hanging around. Used condom on balcony outside of bedroom……..nice!!!! Not suitable for families.Avoid at all costs!!!     Unwelcoming personal (not all but most), dirty carpets, dirty shower, bad, barely supplied breakfast buffet - buffet waitress with bad attitude, what less can you expect?I used to go there when it was Hi Park hotel and it was fabulous, now it’s a very unpleasant place.Two stars because there is a roof at least.     We booked for 5 nights, but only stayed 1. The booking was for a superior one-room apartment, but the one they gave us looked more like the normal one on the Accorhotels website and the privacy of the bedroom was nonexistent, The sliding doors doesn’t close well. We complained about the room, but they told us that the one we had was the largest one in the hotel. Then the hotel is really dirty and the room had an awful smell which I think is due to the humidity around the windows. We complained and the answer was that it could be because the room had been closed for month due to coronavirus. We opened windows and tried to get the smell out, but no improvement. I really don’t recommend this hotel.
