    We had a reservation at Fahrenheit Seven Courchevel for 5 nights starting March 15 that was paid a month ago. Unfortunately my flights were cancelled due to the current war situation, which made travel impossible. I contacted the hotel from March 3rd multiple times requesting flexibility such as a partial refund, credit, or date change.Despite the circumstances being completely outside my control, the hotel declined any assistance.I understand cancellation policies, but in situations involving major travel disruptions and safety concerns, I believe some flexibility would be reasonable. I hope the hotel considers handling these situations differently in the future.     I have just returned from 5 days skiing with my family. We had a wonderful holiday. The location of this hotel is hard to beat. I've been on so many skiing holidays and this location is right up with the best. It is ski in/ski out and literally a few feet from the main gondola. The boot room staff were incredibly helpful, even offering to help take our boots off. The equipment was cleaned, boots warmed and immediately ready the next day. The ski hire was in the hotel and again so pleasant and easy to deal with. Absolutely cannot fault them. We had a family room which was basically 2 bedrooms and really spacious with loads of storage. The rooms were immaculate and cleaned thoroughly every day. Ski hotels can be really hit and miss, but this was really good. I had seen reviews criticising the breakfast offering, I have no idea why. The food was plentiful with great fresh bread and pastries. Great coffee and eggs cooked to order, nice fruit and freshly squeezed juice. Everything we needed for sure. Straight opposite the front door is a great supermarket. I'm struggling to find fault! All staff throughout our stay were friendly and helpful.It was snowing heavily during our stay, and the staff were constantly clearing paths to help guests get to the slopes. If you are skiing with a family, I can totally recommend this hotel. Everything was made so easy for us, thank you, you were amazing!     This is a 4 star hotel which looks like a 3 starThere is no service i.e service is terrible.Not worth the money.     Great hotel location for families wanting to put kids in ski school. Just by the slope and ski lift. Very large Appartement like rooms. Idea if you want to bring the nanny:) or extra family. So close to doctor, ski rental and supermarkets etc. The only things they don’t have is a pool and a kids club or kids/family play area which would be a great addition!     One of the worst hotel.. the hotel staff opened the safe with masterkey and stole money. When reported to the manager no relief was provided. The staff even changed the safe code. The manager denied to cooperate. Even our passports were in the safe and anything could have happened. The safety and comfort of our guests are among our highest priorities, and we fully understand how distressing the situation you describe must have been. That being said, we would like to remind you that access to in-room safes is governed by strict internal protocols, which are followed by a team we trust completely. In the event of a forgotten code or technical issue, our staff only intervenes at your explicit request or in your presence. We are sincerely surprised by your accusations, which do not reflect the values upheld by our hotel nor the feedback we generally receive. As no formal report or evidence was provided during your stay, our ability to take action was unfortunately very limited.Please note that the only appropriate course of action in such cases is to refer the matter to the competent authorities.
