    Not worth it!

    rating18 Oct 2025

This is nothing more than a cheap budget hotel trying to pose as something better. Housekeeping obviously has no quality control so consequently the rooms are not clean and trolleys with leftover meals litter the hallway. Service from the expensive bistro-like bar/restaurant is non-existent and treatment from the reception desk (which is literally just a pulpit in the entrance lobby) is horrible. I should have heeded the many negative reviews posted here. Ignore these at your own peril!

Good road hotel, great outdoors, but no EV charging

    rating15 Jul 2025

This is a good hotel with beautiful outdoor park and faciliities, including a pool to enjoy your break. The rooms are also comfortable. However, I'm disappointed that the management didn't invest in EV charging stations. This would be extremely convenient for guests with an electric car, as a hotel is a perfect place to recharge your vehicle. Especially when most of your guests are on their way to their final destination.Another Novotel I went to was at least sharing a few domestic plugs that the guests could use for free, allowing for a substantial recharge overnight.

Review of family stay March 2024

    rating18 Apr 2024

Good location, clean hotel, good amenities. However, a few things detracted from our full satisfaction:Room a bit small for family of 4.No EV charging for my car. Restaurant did not have what we wanted available on the menu, although what they did propose was very good indeed. Wine was also not available on the list.

A 'Standard' Hotel that beats the 'Standard' - meets and exceeds Expectations

    rating11 Mar 2023

Following a white-out/blizzard in Les Arcs we decided driving off the mountain at 4.00 a.m. for an early flight was downright dangerous and so booked a single night at this hotel, as a 'safe but boring' option. We were in fact delighted with this very brief stay. The staff were all extremely helpful and charming and extended us a warm welcome - including a welcome drink. The room was airy, spacious and spotlessly clean and the beds capacious and extremely comfortable. My daughter also enjoyed her vigorous session in the well-equipped gym. The supper in the dining room was beautifully cooked and presented and the service was swift and immaculate. We both slept perfectly. In the morning we were delighted with the breakfast buffet that would do credit to a hotel at a much higher level. Frankly there was so much choice of fresh produce one didn't know where to start. My personal benchmark is scrambled eggs, which were cooked tom perfection - still with a bit of creaminess rather than tired and dry. Overall it was a perfect overnight stay that left us well refreshed and ready for the long day of travel ahead. Thank you, Team Novotel Voreppe! Worst Entrecôte ever!

    rating02 Aug 2022

Hotel is old, but if you do not expect much it will do for a night, just do yourself a favor and spare the restaurant. The Entrecôte was the worst i ever had, all greecy and burned. The waiter did confirm that tis is how the Entrecôte is in this place. I did not eat it although i had to pay for it...
