Location

Situated opposite the railway station of Grenoble, this new residence is in the heart of the city. It is ideally located and easily accessible. It is only 1.5 km from the Parc Valérien Perrin. The bus station is only around 100 m away and shopping venues are some 5 minutes’ drive from the hotel. Grenoble-Isere Airport (Saint-Geoirs) is approximately 50 km away from the establishment.

Facility

The apartment hotel has 5 apartments and 63 studios, which are located on 7 storeys and are reachable by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Services and facilities include a baggage storage service, a car hire service, a laundry service, a conference room, a fax machine, a banquet hall and a coin-operated laundry. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park.     The entire ResidHotel should be renovated again, as it contrasts with the logo on the booking site "RENOVEE - March 2023"The breakfast is poor and with modest quality products, for the three stars claimed.Room design below expectations.The cleanliness leaves much to be desiredUnpleasant smell in the bathroom / room; most likely, the bathroom fan is not working.

    I had a great stay! The bed was super comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the room was very quiet. I especially enjoyed the beautiful view of the cable car in Grenoble. Everything was clean and the breakfasts were delicious. Highly recommended!

    We had an early bus the next day from Grenoble and just needed a place to stay near the bus station. Residhotel was a very comfortable and affordable hotel, which greatly exceeded expectations

    We were travelling by train so the fact that hotel is close to the station was ideal for us. However it was an easy walk to ‘Les Bules’ and the surrounding old town.We had a room on the fifth floor with a balcony with plenty of outdoor seating, lucky for us the weather allowed us to make good use of that!The bed was comfortable and the room facilities very good. My only complaint would be that the steps up the the upper level of the room were very creaky making getting the bathroom at night quietly a challenge!
