    A clean, efficient hotel in the heart of Lille, perfectly located for exploring the city. The staff are warm and welcoming, always ready to help, and the rooms are well-equipped, comfortable, and impeccably clean. An excellent choice for a convenient and hassle-free stay.

    The location, aparthotel staff, facilities, breakfast were fantastic and very handy and close to everything. Matthew on reception was great and assisted on arrival and with all requests during the visit. Very helpful and polite. Above all happy to assist or provided options. I would recommend the apartment hotel option, the rooms were fantastic and provided kitchen area too. I would definitely book this hotel again. Thank you to all the staff, the hotel facilities were very clean and tidy.

    If you are looking for an apartment style place to stay then this is superb. Loads of space, great kitchen , two TV's, friendly welcome and service, nice breakfasts..this place is well worth staying at.Great place to stay right near Grand Place and easily walkable from main train stations.

    Lovely hotel, stayed in room number 1 which was obviously an accessible room due to layout. It was huge and perfect for my family. Staff let us check in about 2.30pm, spoke very good English and did what they could to help. Perfect location central to everything. Only small negatives were the doors slamming throughout the night from other guests and no English tv channels at all. Difficult when you have a bad storm and advised not to go out. No late check out available and Eurostar was heavily delayed so we were all exhausted. Breakfast felt too expensive when you had so many options around for a fraction of the cost. The supermarket was just round the corner and we bought most meals there. The most beautiful church directly opposite (where we attended a service) and kids loved the comic shop next door. Felt very safe but a lot of homeless men, women and sadly children all around which was upsetting.
