    This hotel was great, we went as a birthday present for my parents, and the Best Western Premier Why Hotel was perfect.We got adjoining rooms, which where lovely. The hotel's decor was really attractive, the facilities great, the staff were friendly, and the hotel was in a great central location without being noisy.     Excellent location, staff were very friendly and always happy to help when needed. The room was clean and big, and the shower was huge! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. Big shout out to Ana in the bar, she was the most wonderful girl, always making sure we were ok and always happy to see us, the service from Ana was exceptional! She definitely made our trip extra special!     Came here to visit the christmas market and this hotel is within a 5 minute walk so in a great location, the staff are so friendly helpful and very polite and the bar is very nice with a good selection of beers and wines with great service. We had a nice large room with a great large bad and it had a great shower and if you didnt get your room cleaned you got two tokens to use in the bar which is a super idea there is a good choice for breakfast again with a nice polite waitress , we parked the car in there underground car park which is just across the road.     Everything about the hotel is excellent. All of the staff are extremely helpful and polite. The rooms are very clean and comfortable with a powerful shower and nice l’occitaine toiletries. The bar is also very good and reasonable priced. Breakfast was very good, it would be nice to have a better selection of fruit. We particularly enjoyed the selection of tea and fresh bread / pastries. The hotel is very conveniently located near to the city centre. Parking is also convenient.
