  Good location in the center on walkings distance of many restaurants

  We booked online and had a good reception. The hotel is in the center and you can park your in Opera Parking, just around 5 minutes from the hotel. The room was light and clean. The minibar provided some drinks for free (only the day of arrival, no refill). Also the cofee Nespresso for 3 cups. Maybe we had to ask for more.... The breakfast is good, but not very special for € 20,0 p.p. Boa is for us average in terms of price and quality. Strange enough they never respond on our questions send by e-mail.There is a bar in the hotel with a good choice of drinks. The staff is very friendly.   Super hotel, well placed less than 10 mins from Lille Europe and on the edge of the old town. Room was spotless, quiet and beds were comfy. Didn’t have breakfast as we had an early start.   A relatively small, centrally-located hotel with great atmosphere

  In the heart of Lille, a step from the main shopping street, two minutes from the Grande Place, and five minutes' walk from the Eurostar station. What more could you want? It would be a cliché to describe this hotel as charming, but in its own way that is what it is. It's relatively small, with a distinctive African décor (including life-size statues). One lift serves all the floors (5 if I remember rightly), and there is a small lounge bar. The staff are very friendly and willing to help with any requests. It feels almost like staying with friends. We were welcome to bring sandwiches in from a local bakery for lunch, alongside the staff who were finishing off the breakfast buffet for their meal.Most hotels change bed linen every day. This offers guests the option to have housekeeping make the bed without changing the linen: an excellent idea, which is rewarded with a free drink at the bar.The bar is also used to lay out the buffet breakfast. It's not really big enough to hold this properly. We would have preferred an old-fashioned French breakfast of a coffee, juice and basket of bread served at the table. Perhaps others insist on the full undifferentiated buffet.Rooms are adequately sized, with large, comfortable beds. Our bathroom was quite big enough. The shower was a little weak in its flow, but again adequate.When we first approached the hotel we were rather put off by the number of fast food takeaways and consequent groups of young men in the street outside. In reality, everyone was perfectly well behaved and went home in the late afternoon. Good order may have been helped by the frequent presence of soldiers in uniform at the takeaways. We experienced no external noise during our stay.We intend to use this hotel as our gateway to continental Europe via Eurostar.   A very nice and comfortable hotel, but what really stands out is the excellent service - the person I was travelling with became ill and had to spend time in hospital when we were there and the hotel management went above and beyond to accomdate his checking out needs when it became apparent that he would not be abe to make the usual check out time - they ensured the room would be available for a late check out so he could have time to return and freshen up before leaving Lille. They were extremely understanding, helpful and able to find an effective solution. Highly recommended.   Great boutique hotel in Lille.

  Wonderful hotel conveniently located near everywhere you want to go in Lille. The location is awesome with both Flanders and Lille Europe stations a few minutes walk. There many cafes and restaurants nearby, as well as a large big mall.The room was super clean and the bathrowas om fantastic. Best of all was the staff. Every single one was really nice and made the stay very enjoyable. I loved the theme of the hotel too. Highly recommended and we would stay again. Thanks everyone!
