    Worst hotel ever

    The worst hotel I have ever stayed in, the bathroom had mould everywhere I couldn’t use the shower it was dirty, the room was tiny, the bed had hairs on it. I didn’t feel safe at all, was very loud, I didn’t sleep the whole night, would never ever recommend this hotel.

    This place is well located for the city centre, but that's where the good part ends. Average is the best you could say, but I'd put it closer to poor. The whole place needs a serious update, the rooms are small, the drains smell when you walk in, and it all just looks like something from the 1980s that hasn't moved on.

    When we arrived in lille we went from the main station to our hotel. This was very close. The hotel is in the centre of Lille. First thing we did was the check-in. The personal was kind and helpfull. When we wnt in our room it was smaller then the description, the bed was smaller (it was not a double bed!). The bed aas completely sagged. We could only tikt the windows. Because this it was very hot in the room. Lot of weird people hanging around this hotel. This also means there is a lot of noise. Thanks to the many night shop this noise is the whole night. Breakfazt was mwah. Some small croissant and variants on that. Baguette, yoghurt, bad coffee. Not the breakfast you want your day to start with. All with all terrible.

    It is really so close to both gares Of Lille( Lille Flanderes and Lille Europe). You could reach important points of Lille by walking. But we do not like cleaning facities : for example they did not make up beds daily and don't change towels.     Worst sleep I've had in a long time

    Probably the worst sleep I've had in a hotel in a long time. Had a room at front of hotel, and don't know what is on the same street but they was shouting and screaming outside until around 3am. Then there was occasional loud noise, and until the local refuse collection started at about 5am. The room was quite small, but adequate. Unusually there was paper takeaway cups and tops provided for the in room coffee, rather than proper cups. On a positive note, it is well situated for the train stations and central Lille.
