  Rooms very clean, pillows and bedding very good quality, clean bathroom with excellent shower, good breakfast, excellent dinner in restaurantYoung staff polite, extremely helpful and respectful, introduced us to reliable taxi company.   Nice hotel

  Stayed here for one night while watching England Vs Wales in Lens. Nice hotel and it seems like it mostly caters for business people given the decor and general vibe.The rooms were clean, pretty spacious and the bed was comfy. The staff were really friendly and there is a nice sized restaurant and a nice lounge area where we just chilled out and watched tv and ate our dinner. I've put an extra star on the rating as the pizzas we had in the evening were really tasty and you get a lot for your money.. All in all a really good little hotel. There wasn't really anything to gripe about. The guy on reception even used good discretion not to allow two Russians to stay, even though they offered more money then the room was worth and got a bit angry at him. Obviously with the previous issues between England and Russia fans, having them both stay in a hotel together wouldn't have been a good idea, so fair play to the chap for turning away money to ensure no trouble. He also wouldn't serve us booze before 12, not ideal for us but he didn't cave in to our requests so again good integrity.The hotel isn't really in Lille but since we had private transfers it didn't really matter. In truth it was only 15 mins drive away from the station so I guess still handy for business people working in Lille.   I went to Lille in August and it was a bank holiday, so I booked this hotel without realising how far it was from Lille Centre and on top of that, there wasn`t public transport on that day. If you are on bussiness trip and have a car, this is the place for you. We would like to thank you for your feedback after your stay in our establishment. We are not located in Lille Centre; nevertheless, you can find a subway station at about 12min by walk from our hotel and after that you have only 10 minutes by subway to get in the city centre. So, you can enjoy the quiet of the residential district just next to the city center, mostly since the summer when you prefer sleep with the window open.
