    Great Stay – Friendly Staff & Spotless Room

    I stayed at ibis Lille Centre Gares for one night in September last year. I arrived late around 22:30 and was warmly welcomed and quickly checked in. The staff were amazing, friendly and professional. My room and the bathroom were spotless. A short but very pleasant stay. I would definitely return!     Weekend Football stay

    Weekend Football stay in Lille, so we chose this hotel, 10 minute walk from the Eurostar terminal.Only a short walk to the metro for our visit to the Stade Pierre Mauroy on the driverless metro.We received a warm and helpful welcome from staff.Short wait for the room , but we’d relaxed in the modern cafe area.Room was clean and perfect for a night stay , as we were out all day, exploring the city, watching football and eating at Le Fossile, which I would recommend.Great value for stay , comfy beds, good shower & great location for city centre and trains.     Very basic but clean!

    The receptionist team were super friendly and welcoming, and spoke great English. Parking available for €18 a night which was fairly reasonable (and it felt safe and secure under the hotel!)The hotel felt fairly secure, and was in a great location, close to the train station and city centre. The rooms are very basic. However it is a budget hotel so I didn’t expect too much! The bed was fine for one night but not overly comfortable, and only 3 pillows available. Could do with more plug sockets, and a bin bag in the bathroom bin would be a bit more sanitary!Overall our stay was pleasant and if we needed a budget hotel in Lille again, we might look here.     Good location to get on time to an early train

    Well located hotel as it is close to the train stations. Only stayed the night just to catch an early train. Small but ok and quite clean room. We took a drink in the lounge too, which was served by friendly staff. I would book it again as it is a cheap and practical option.     Perfectly good. Quiet room all the way on the side facing quiet square.OK breakfast.Only negative point is the choice of TV channels.100 % french language0% english, German, Dutch, international.The world does not seem te exist beyond the borders.
