    I have arrived with my son to the hotel to find out that they don’t have a room for us but they will try to find us one, after nearly one hour they have a room and they checked us in.I bought few drinks from the bar and paid for it there and then to find out that they charged my room and I have to pay again for drinks that I have paid, the guy in reception when I checked out is out of order, he is the most ignoring person I’ve ever seen, he is stubborn and very rude plus he lied and pretend he is the manager when I asked for one but for sure he is not. However, we understand that this distinction was not sufficiently clear and we apologise for this.     Terrible experience since I were promised one price when I booked through the web and got another price in tn the order confirmation that I needed to pay in the end.     Beware: a haunted hotel

    Air conditioning not working. Staff does not give a damn. 2 out of 3 nights slept with an open window over the largest highway in France (with ear-plugs obviously). Locked in an elevator - no response from the staff - I had to muscle my way out of it.     Clean and fancy hotel. Friendly staff at reception and restaurant. Waiter at dinner really helpful. Good meal deal. Breakfast is OK. Clean room and bathroom. Fast Wi-Fi. Price OK.     Sadly a poor experience would not recommend

    We stayed for 1 night at a cost of £480 to watch the recent England vs Chille Rugby World Cup game. The hotel is a great location for the stadium hence why I think they are able to command such a high price. Although this hotel is rated a 4 star and we had a superior room the cleanliness of the room especially the bathroom was not good. There were stains on the carpet and the bathroom shower didn’t look like it had been cleaned in months. The corridor of the 4th floor which our room was on had sick stains by doors on the carpets. They ran out of orange juice in the morning and the communal area is not particularly welcoming. I made a complaint at the hotel and have e mailed since. I requested a 10% good will gesture, but so far this has not been given. The management have acknowledged responsibility and the short fall of the teams ability to undertake basic requirements via e Mail, however recent correspondence has been very poor. My advice to any traveller is to think twice before booking at this hotel especially when the olympics will be using the grand stadium next yr. It’s disappointing for a large hotel chain that supposedly prides itself on making the experience memorable (there words not mine) to not take action and care about the poor experience a guest incurs especially when poor health and safety practice has been acknowledged. I include photos of room particularly the bathroom and hope this gives future guests the option to look further afield before making this hotel their choice.
