    The facilities in the room were very good (kitchen, bathtub, balcony and TV) - unfortunately the cleanliness was not. Upon entering the room, an unpleasant organic odor was immediately noticeable, which probably came from the mattress of the bed. The toilet had apparently only been cleaned cursorily in the last few months, so it was disgustingly dirty. It's a real shame that the hotel doesn't attach great importance to cleanliness. Could be a nice hotel.

    Easy to get to centre via bus & metro with a bust stop just in front of the hotel. Stayed there for the weekend and it did the job. The staff were very welcoming on reception. The rooms were good size very spacious and a little kitchenette. No complaints at all.

    The hotel is not clean.Elevator with blood stains. When I toked of the bed clothes to sleep have hair inside.Dirty curtains. Spider web inside room. Trash in the room floor when I arrive room. Stains everywhere inside room and hotel.Hand marks everywhere. The bath towels smells bad. The whole build smells like tabaco and old. Residhotel, Service Qualité at ResidHotel Lyon Lamartine, responded to this review Dear Guest,Your apartment was not checked properly before we gave you the keys. We apologize for this uncommon logistical dysfunction. It is important to let us know about it right away so we can give you another apartment. We have reported this oversight to our team in order to make sure it does not occur again. Regarding the cigarette, our residence is non-smoking but unfortunately, some people do not respect our house rules.     Don’t bother - save up or save your money!

    We had an issue with our car and Mercedes has to find us a hotel so the problem could be fixed the next day. Having just come from a beautiful hotel 10 mins away (we were only travelling through Lyon as the first leg of our family road trip), our hearts sank as we entered this hotel.Firstly the receptionist didn’t acknowledge our arrival as she was on the phone. She didn’t even look up or apologise. Not a great start.The corridor smells very bed. This is an aparthotel so obviously people cook. Just smelled greasy and stale.No TV in the bedroom only living area. Not ideal as we had our kids sleeping in the living area (sofa turns into a bed). Carpet on floor hard and smelly. Inside room and in corridor.The fire alarm that should be on the wall in the bedroom had been removed.So annoying. We were forced to stay here and miss out on a night at a beautiful hotel in Barcelona. Even the location is a dump. Lyon is one of my favourite cities and has a lot to offer. If you stay here, it will depress you!The breakfast was also a joke!     The hotel is very difficult to find a large panel would save you 30 minutes driving around. The reception is helpfull. Rooms and corridor smells to cigarettes. Rooms is large but older but clean. Bed is hard. Breakfast is honest.Nothing around hotel for dinner.
