    We traveled from Atlantic coast to Roumania and the stay at Roi du Soleil was exactly what we need after a long driving day.In a very green area, with a large parking it is also recommended for visiting Metz.     Extremely unpleasant area. Very bad hotel. Very bad staff. I would never recommend anyone to visit the hotel and this area. I can't find the right words to tell you how disappointed we are from there.     Although the room was not large and a little dated, it was well maintained, clean and comfortable, with plenty of hot water.We appreciated having an opening window.The members of staff were very helpful and polite.The grounds were well maintained and attractive.There are lots of places to eat nearby.Our only problem was finding the hotel - we entered the address into our Sat Nav but it took us all around the complex without finding the hotel. It is easy when you see it. Maybe a map with the hotel’s location would be useful on booking.     Excellent location (exactly in front of Amneville zoo!) and walking distance to Thermapolis and Aquarium. Close to SnowWorld and just 10 minutes driving to Walygator Grand Est. Several retaurants in the area. Clean, quite and good breakfast.     We were delayed by traffic, and hotel reception closes at 10, so as specified in the policy we tried to get in touch with them and call at 9pm. but no one replied, only voice mail. ​owner is also rejecting any responsibility.If you don't accept guest after 10 please write it in the description of the hotel, also its ridiculous there is no way to speak with someone even though reception is supposed to be open (9pm).We ended up spending lot of money to sleep in another hotel that kindly accepted us at 10.15pm! (Hotel marso, great hotel btw).If you want an hotel where you book a room, pay in advance and end up sleeping in another hotel for more money, hotel roi soleil is for you.Bad bad bad experience.
