    I need to stay in this area every week. I used to go to low costs hotels. Here, for a couple of euros more, I have a personalized welcome, a lot of smiles, professional services,very good breakfast, and very comfortable room. This is excellent value for money I'll be back next week...     The reception team is very friendly. The hotel is modern, the rooms are spacious and the mattress is of excellent quality. Nice breakfast served on time in a box to your room because of the COVID measures.     Good decent hotel in Amneville, attached to a huge casino, and placed in an area where you can find other attractions: zoo, adventure park, spa center...The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room, even if a bit small, seem new and rather comfortable. They have their own parking.I did not like the toiletries offered, nor the beds. For a 1-night sleep maybe they are ok, for longer periods they do not offer a very high quality of sleep, from my point of view.They seemed quite careful with the COVID-19 restrictions and they offered room breakfast. On the first day, they forgot our breakfast so we had to call to get it and because of this, the second-day breakfast was for free.All in all, it was ok, nothing serious to complain about, but i am not sure i would go back.     A high quality hotel in a tourist zone (casino etc.). Easy access from motorway, but hotel is difficult to find when it is dark. Easy car parking. Room was modern, large, quiet and comfortable. I only have to complain about the uncomfortable pillows. This hotel is over normal 4 star level and high value to money.
