One night is enough

I've stayed in many Kyriad hotels which is what attracted me to this one. Unfortunately, this one is nothing like the ones I've stayed in around the rest of France and was actually worst than some of the cheaper Premiere Classe range. The hotel is dated and requires a complete refurbishment. There is no aircon in the rooms which made sleeping very uncomfortable given the heat. The room wasn't clean and had a musty smell. In addition to the musty smell, was the smell of drains coming from the bathroom. I can only imagine there was no traps/u-bends fitted. The mattress sagged in the middle which resulted in rolling to the middle of the bed during the night which is ok if you're alone. Breakfast was very limited and not protected from the files etc. Would I recommend it? No! Drive to Nancy or Metz and find a cheaper, cleaner and better equipped hotel for the same price or less. Our return journey resulted in us staying at the B&B in Frouard (Nancy) which was a much more pleasant stay and cheaper.

But good enough for an overnight stay on the way south. Big plus is their 4 person room, one of the few places near the highway that have this.Automated check in after 6 pm. Touchscreen and multiple languages.

The carpet is stained, smells of smoke, the bathroom is not clean. My colleague did not have hot water in his shower. The equipment is broken, the soil is very dirty. It's moldy on the ceiling at the top of the shower.

This hotel has seen better days. The rooms are a bit run down and the Wifi was appalling, 33kb downstream, hardly enough for a business traveler wanting to check his e-mail and surf his company's website. Got a room where the showerhead was broken but the friendly receptionist quickly gave me a new room with a good working shower. The breakfast buffet was good and the setting was nice with a F1 car and other race related items showcased.I have stayed at other hotels of this chain and this one was a bit of a dissapointment...

Booked in there with my clients on abbey motorcycle tour. Hairs in bed. Broken toilets, rude and abrupt staff, avoid this one there are much nicer ones in the areaThe lady behind the reception desk seemed to be the only person who was right and was not taking any notice of the fact they had already taken payment from us, they charged us twice. Now have to file a complaint with the booking company
