  Forget this hotel it’s located in a middle of nowhere particularly if you check-in in the evening ! Only three poor restaurants opened closing at 10pm, the hotel offers only a junk food machine ( chocolate bars and chips ) thank you Mondelez and Mars ! And you will find a junk drink machine ( coke ice tea Fanta) , the neighbourhood is not safe in the evening.The bedroom walls are as thick as a sheet of papers , it means that you will hear everything your neighbor is doing and in the morning by 5:30am you will feelof being in the middle of the roundabout which is a big traffic point.   Worst beds I've stayed on in years

  The beds are terrible. They are about 4 inch thick mattresses that are not suitable for a hotel. You can feel the springs, they have sagged, and they are incredibly uncomfortable. Also, the rooms on the street side are noisy as the glass isn't thick enough to keep out the sound of motorcycles and trucks. Some rooms, as others mentioned, smell of the sewer pipes but hopefully you can move to a room that doesn't smell. Kitchen area was clean but very worn and not the greatest. I will not stay here again.   MODERN APARTMENT HOTEL

  A very distinctive building and easy to spot from a distance with its windows that look like caves on a cliff but finding the entrance to the hotel was a little difficult with the GPS taking me to a driveway that was an exit which then required a long drive down the road to be able to turn around and then onto the other road on the far side of the hotel and another long drive maybe 200 metres past the hotel to a small driveway which luckily was signposted and finally to the hotel carpark. The hotel has 2 types of parking open air or underground and I opted for the cheaper open air parking which was 5 euros a day but I think the price may go up in the high season.The hotel is new and modern but located far from the city centre and a car would be required but I used it as a base for exploring the local area.Each floor of the hotel is huge and some rooms are a long and I mean very long walk from the elevator which room 327 was and I was able to change to room 307 which was identical. The room was nice with a big bathroom with a tub/shower combination, vanity, toilet, hairdryer and heated towel rack. While it looked nice the shower which was one of those hand held types which could be fixed to the wall but the way it was mounted meant that when it was on it sprayed at an odd angle and made it impractical.Like all these apartment type properties it had a very small kitchen with a fridge, microwave, sink and the usual assortment of plates, cutlery and pots and pans that most people would need when staying here. The bedroom was fine with a comfortable bed, desk, stool and a chair but the power outlets for such a new building were not very well thought out. The TV had a few English language stations Bloomberg, CNBC and France24 in English which was nice. A couple of thoughtful things were a safe at a decent height and a small little shelf near the entry for your keys and wallet.I tend to book these apartment hotel type properties when I can and this was a great choice.

  The kitchenette is good sized and fine if you want to cook. Two hotplates and microwave. Small fridge.Located about three km away from city it's near a supermarket about 200 metres away and a few local restaurants and bars. More interesting to go into montpellier centre to eat. Apartment was clean and comfortable for a 2 night stay.   I stayed in this hotel for 1 month. There was no cleaning at all the time! Each time for room cleaning I had to ask reception with a scandal.The breakfast are the same all the time eggs, bred, jam.Small gym is available.
