    Shipwreck...!

    This hotel has lost all its assets in a few months, real shipwreck! Under the pretext of an agreement with a nearby training centre, Brit Hotel receives weekly cohorts of trainees. You can understand the commercial interest! However, these interns have the unfortunate propensity to drink in the evening and make a fuss late without anyone contingent; it screams and sings until 1am.There's no need to talk to the people in charge, they won't do anything!To this can be added a pushy wifi connection on the ground floor.The pompom is when "forget" to make the room...while changing the towels...curious right?In short, a hotel that respects neither its client nor the rest of it and whose parking is not even secure...well, there is better for the same price in the same neighborhood.     If you see my reviews, you will see I am quite reasonable... But this was the WORST hotel EVER!!I should have taken photos, but I was shocked!! The bed was too low, aweful quality of mattress, the shower had more water running horizontally then from the shower itself, old carpet floor which did not seem clean at all, loud and no lift! It is very cheap, though.... parking was free and breakfast was nice. Friendly staff but needs urgently to be fixed and renovated!!!I would not stay again even if it would be for free...

    Antoine the receptionist/ barman/ waiter was excellent and could not do enough to help. The other plus in this hotel was the airconditioning which worked very well. The room was clean and small but the bathroom was miniscule. The restaurant unbeknown to us was self service so sat and waited for someone to come. The food was sat on Hot trays so was more than cooked. Overall this was the only hotel which disappointed me on the holiday. Would not stay again but thank you Antoine for your service

    When I booked this hotel I was pressed for time and only read the reviews later so I was a little worried. I arrived and was greeted by a polite receptionist who checked me in and explained a few things. My room was small but ok for one night. Bathroom was tiny and clean but a little uncomfortable. No carpet for when coming out of the shower was provided.Internet was not working when I arrived and I had to 'chase' a couple of times before it was reset and then worked ok.Breakfast was satisfactory.Overall, I was not disappointed - good service for the price I paid.

    This was not a pleasant experience. Rooms were incredibly small and the smell of cigarette smoke everywhere. We couldn't get out of there fast enough.We were able to source alternative excellent accommodation for much less cost, so our visit to the lovely city worked out well.
