    Arrived 30 minutes before 2pm with a baby after 3 hours of the road we had to pay 5 euros extra to be able to have the room....Very small room...Shower and disgusting toilet on our arrival and the next morning at 7am the state was the same with the same paper on the floor and in the same place ... cleaning must not be done often ... Bebe woke up every 10 minutes with the slamming of doors, people whistling and screaming in the hallways after 11pm ...Smells like a cigarette in the hallways...Of course the price is unbeatable but it does not justify the crappy quality of this hotel!Halt hotel a lattes is a little more expensive but much better!     From Welcoming to Lying, in Record Time

    There were three of us, full of enthusiasm... which died clean at the Welcoming Desk: coldness, contempt, as if they were disturbed. We decided to leave immediately. The front desk staff assured us that we would be reimbursed — which was the only consolation. Three days later, surprised: the director tells us that, in the end, “it will not be possible”.     Welcoming worthy of a 0 star, but rich in contempt

    I contacted the hotel after realizing my mistake on the dates. I called them immediately, but the person who answered refused to change the reservation and hung up on me altogether, while I remained polite and calm. I’m still going to stay there since I already paid, but their attitude really makes me want to cancel! I intend to ask to speak to the director or a person in charge, because such behaviour is unacceptable. We're supposed to have a relaxing holiday, not suffer that kind of contempt!     Room 238 to banish: bed bugs, forced to sleep in the car in the middle of the night... since no news from the hotel or the hotel group...Smells like cigarettes on the first floor, the rules are pretty clear on this but not respected.     Traveling on my own, needed a hotel for the night before flying home the next day.Like all F1's it's very basic, but cheap and if all you need is a place to rest your head it does the job.No frills, no bar and shared facilities.
