  Friendly greeting and help provided by receptionist Iris.Good safe secure garage for car under the hotel. (Fee)Room was standard chain quality. Kettle in room.A/C was noisy and not totally effective.Breakfast was good standard for a 3 star hotel.Location was great. 10 minute walk to Comedie square. There you can access supermarkets,malls,fast food and lovely architecture.   Hello, I stayed at your Kyriad Centre Antigone hotel like every year. I am a regular customer. This year we came for the heritage day in Montpellier. The quality of the services has deteriorated a lot. Especially in the rooms. They are fairly comfortable and clean. But we have a bathroom that looks like a motorway station. The quality of the toilet paper has changed. And we have two kinds of blocks that almost prevent us from moving. The shampoo has a dubious colour, we have no label that tells us where this viscous pink liquid comes from. I remember that before we had small individual bottles. We were disappointed, no lift, in addition. I would like to point out that the only service that has remained welcoming is breakfast. The same smile from the lady.   Good accommodation, overall, but there is room for improvement.

  The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was hospitable (Tristan the receptionist being particularly kind).The breakfast left something to be desired. If you do not frequently have guests who are on a gluten-free diet, then you can simply serve them with rice cakes or more cornflakes (to supplement the usual menu) instead of an expensive gluten-free bread that spoils quickly and thus does not necessarily stay fresh if it was opened for a previous guest being on such a diet.In the waiting area, there are marks of a certain religion. It may make guests who are not followers of that particular religion feel uncomfortable or less welcome.   The Supervisor of the Hotel made my trip turn horrible. She kept yelling on the employee, and that was really disturbing. at the reception thé welcoming was quiet good. The administration should think about changing the Supervisor

  Shabby hotel on very busy street 1,5 km from city centre

  The spring mattresses were so worn out that my husband fell to the floor in his sleep. There was a lot of dust under the beds and one bed had no bedside table. The shower room was small but functional. There was no fridge. Already at 8 the bread baskets were totally empty and there was no hard cheese. The worst thing, however, was to receive an e-mail from the hotel after the stay demanding you to rate them 9 and 10 on hotel websites!
