    We stayed in a split level 2 bedroom apt, the rooms looked as though they been through a bar fight, doors were broken at the hinges and/or had holes in them. The walls and carpets were badly stained and stank of cigarettes. When we mentioned the smell to reception on our way out for food we were assured they would do something about it but on our return it was still just as bad. I told them about the windowsill covered in cigarette butts but it was still there so I assume they didn't even look at it. Beds were uncomfortable and rooms were stuff and really hot, the air con didn't work and we couldn't open the windows as it was not safe for the children being on the 5th floor and having no safety bars.

    We recently stayed in a two level apartment and it was absolutely filthy. The room smelled of stale cigarettes, the curtains were broken, and the walls and carpets were visibly dirty. The common areas and hall ways seem nice enough and I can’t speak for other rooms but the two level apartment we stayed in was disgusting. We will definitely not be staying here again.

    Stayed here recently and while the location is good and receptionist Marion was lovely the rooms are terribly dated. Carpets and walls are stained and the advertised air conditioning is useless. They also charge extra for parking.Breakfast was nice, €11.90 per adult, €5 per children.We wouldn't choose to stay here again.     Well equipped apartments, close to the motorway but far enough away to be away from traffic noise. Nice lake nearby for an evening or morning walk. Dogs are welcome (with a charge) and it's safe to walk them off lead around the lake.     Dangerous and dirty

    James booking 22nd July Booking reference 131268690377By far the worst hotel in my life!Standard, cleanliness and safety of room extremely poor.Including an open electrical fuse box that would not close!No working air con, 31 degrees outside 36 inside!What looked like blood on a pillow!Stains on walls, carpets and cupboards!Dead insects on the floor!It was so bad we had to leave very late at night with our young children!Staff kind and sorry but no other room available.I expected a full refund of my costs, time and additional costs of tax, wifi and parking. However after months of me chasing them I was offered a free night! As if I would risk returning. Hotel over the road...amazing Please see pictures.
