    Decent hotel, twin rooms big enough for two people. Lots of toilet paper but the body wash dispenser was a bit useless so bring your own.Great transport links with the trams and busses! Staff were a bit hit and miss but didn’t it bother us too much. For our two day trip it was all we needed.

    Location was perfect. Just a short walk across the bridge for Les Machines de l’Isle, and fifteen minutes into the center. Parked the car in the garage for a nominal fee. Room was comfortable. We didn’t sample breakfast as we chose to go to one of the nearby cafes.The only negative comments I have are that it was difficult to find, had to drive down a narrow alley, and the surroundings are none too salubrious.

    Stayed in a 4 person apartment described as having a bedroom and sitting room, however the bedroom is up an open staircase on a mezzanine floor from the sitting room so there is no privacy between the rooms. When the second bed is out in the sitting room, you have to step over it in the sitting room to get to the kitchen and WC. The apartment was clean but tired - chipped kitchen cupboard, scratched paintwork etc. Breakfast was patchy - good on days when staff replenished but not on days when food and crockery kept running out. However - it is in a great location and the secure parking was a real bonus.     They charged me 3 times my credit card for one night. No answers no refund. My key was not there and had to call the hotline and took them 30 min to solve the problem and they charged my 20,-€ more for this service
