  Arrived late as our flight was delayed. No one is at reception at that time. Arrangements were made to pick up the keys from the lock box. I chose two rooms each having two bedrooms each. This a spacious place with a basic accommodation which needs a little bit of tender care. The beds are comfortable however there is a bit of a moldy smell. The carpets are discolored, but not dirty. I slept really well however the rest of the amenities are lacking. I probably will not stay here again. Bring a choice Priveleges member you still have to pay for breakfast. I don’t at The Hilton as a Gold member.

  Smells of dog, no AIRCON

  Check in fine, got to room and were overwhelmed by smell and dirty condition of the unit. I couldn't figure out what it was until I sat on the couch and it reeked of dog. My husband got a tick in his leg from the couch. I asked to move and it was dealt with by a very friendly and efficient person on reception. The second apartment was better but still smelled. The carpets are dirty and stained and it's just a budget hotel. There is no aircon which was debilitating in the French heat this summer.   Good for an overnight stop

  Our flat was fairly spacious with a bedroom, bathroom, toilet, lounge area, dining area and fully-equipped small kitchen. Seemed clean and secure. The staff were friendly and helpful. The WIFI didn’t work well. It was great for an overnight stop and probably used by businessmen mostly as the location is in a business park - so you have to jump in the car to go out to eat.   Cleaning is questionable and problems with wifi

  Our room was big and comfortable, but not very clean - there was something sticky on the floor, the table was dusty, the dishes in the kitchen covered in fat. I understand that it is the guests responsibility to clean the kitchen and utensils before they leave, but it would be good if the hotel at least checked if previous guests really cleaned after them or just put dirty dishes back to the cupboard. We also had problems with wifi - no connection 2 days out of 4, and the reception was not helpful in this, explaining that there were too many guests all connecting at the same time.   Good stopover location for family with a dog

  We stayed here as a stopover on our way from the charente maritime area to get the ferry from Roscoff. We had a two-bedroom apartment spread over two floors which also had a double sofa bed in the sitting room downstairs, so plenty of space and we felt it was very good value for the money. It was clean and kitted out with all the essentials for self-catering. Dogs are allowed for a 5 euro charge. We didn't want to buy breakfast, but as I hadn't brought any coffee filters or coffee with us to be able to make coffee in our kitchen I walked over to the reception building where breakfast was being served and was able to purchase takeaway coffees (good coffee) to take back to our apartment. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived fairly late at night after reception hours, so had to phone earlier in the day to be given a code and instructions as to how to get hold of our key. It took us a while to realise that the security box containing the little lockers holding the room keys was situated on the wall of a red building to the right of the entrance gate for cars, but outside the gate rather than inside it - but we got there in the end!
