    A very welcoming hotel a few miles outside Ancenis. In the countryside handy to the very popular Loire cycle route. The hotel welcome cycle groups and are very accommodating . The staff are all very friendly and helpful . The rooms are large & clean . There is a good sized carpark and on site restaurant . We look forward to using it again .     It's in the middle of nowhere so nothing is nearby you can't even get a taxi. Also no one seems to work on reception as when we checked in our room keys were just left on the desk and a note saying hotel is closed. Other guests there had been locked out numerous times and there was no one to help, lucky some French guests staying in the hotel helped by calling an emergency line and even then it took a while to figure out we needed a master key to unlock the rooms. Staff there do not understand English even using Google translate on one day we did see a reception member. They have a bar but again that was closed throughout the duration of my stay we didn't see anyone working there.There were no amenities at all like a basic kettle or even iron. One of our rooms also had a broken cupboard meaning there was no mirror in the room.Overall, we had an awful stay and wouldn't book back here again. The listing on booking.com was very misleading and next time would be good to know that once you get there you can't go anywhere else due to no transport, as you can't book a taxi and there's no one in reception to help you either. And nothing is walking distance from there.

    A pleasant large Logis, rather modern and lacking in character, but easy to find and with plenty of parking. Rather scruffy gardens.The rooms were a fair size, but reasonably comfortable. Breakfast was average, but on our visit, they had closed the dining room without prior notification which we thought was very poor.I doubt if we would stay there again.

    Situated just outside the lovely ancient town of Ancenis. On a dual carriageway but set well back from the road,so quiet.A good size car park on site. We were here to cycle the Loire cycle path and it is very convenient to getting onto that for a pedal on either bank ,West to Nantes or East to Angers. The manager was very welcoming and helpful and the room and bathroom a good size. All for a very reasonable price compared with other Loire hotels. We will visit again .

    This hotel is quite isolated, and not near the town.The restaurant offered really nice food but the menu choice was very limited. Nice staff. Fine for an overnight stop but would look elsewhere for a longer break.
