    There is no hot water in the rooms of this hotel.There hasn’t been for sometime. They do not warn you when you book and they have no solution.     A centrally located modern hotel. Interesting design on the exterior. Simple and compact room, clean interior, good shower. No kettle or coffee facilities in the room but appreciated the communal tea and coffee station on the ground floor. Friendly reception staff. Good bakery next door for breakfast.     Very bad decor + The room is very dim + no kettles + no drawers and all the rooms are separated so you have to walk through the elevator to get to the other rooms.The only good thing is the bathroom.     Positives: Good bed, linens and pillow. Convenient location, easy for all transport. Pleasant reception staff.Negatives: Very unpleasant odour on our corridor, poor lighting on corridor, very tired decor, bare essentials in room. Water and tea coffee station on ground floor while complimentary is an inconvenience having to leave the room for a glass of water. Would expect 4star hotel to provide cold filtered drinking water in the bedroom at a minimum. Odd bathroom door providing little privacy.Overall would not revisit.     Very kind staff, very helpful with the bikes as we were riding on the Velodyssee and needed a safe place for them. The room was neat, tidy, basic modern original furniture, silent place, good for resting, very central position. Best quality/price ratio. We could not want more.
