    The room was tired and dirty, there was no heating in the room, on arrival the room next to mine was left open , in the morning I alerted the cleaner who told me it had been left open for fumigation! The night porter was asleep on a couch in the reception area when I came down for breakfast, There was no coffee at breakfast as the machine was not working, the young lady seemed unable to fix it, the only redeeming features of my stay were the Orange juice at breakfast and the hot water, it is a tired dirty hotel I will not stay there again and I travel through Nantes regularly, I have used many Première class hotels before never a problem.

    Rude and arrogant service.

    Terrible service. Very rude and arrogant. Waited 25 minutes for no reason. Room is normal, nothing special. I just want to say again that first impression of the service was absolutely terrible. Not willing to help and arrogant. Check in took me 30 minutes, and there was nobody in front of me.

    Arrived at the Hotel at 00.30am for what we thought would be a few hours sleep, before driving home, but the guests in the rooms below had other ideas! Constant banging on doors & shouting all through the night, still going on when we left in the morning! Dark & Dingy when we checked in, stairwells unlit, would not recommend this hotel at all! Unfortunately, there are totally disrespectful customers; we have a person on reception 24 hours a day, do not hesitate to call so that we can intervene and stop the noise.For the light on the corridors, we are actually repairing them.Please accept my sincere greetingsMarie

    Cheap, but noisy neighbours

    Cheap hotel but staff at reception were pleasant and welcoming. The room was as expected for a cheap hotel and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately we hardly got any sleep as there were some youngsters having a party in a nearby room. Our son slept better in a seperate room on a different floor. We had originally booked a 3 person room, but were only given a twin bed room. As it turned out we booked a second room anyway, but we didn't get what we paid for.Dogs accepted and despite being out of town, there are restaurants within walking distance. Hotel close to a 'zone de commerce'.

    Everything was ok except the service in the evening. We arrived at 10pm and they were still cleaning our room. We had to waite more than 30 minutes for getting towels and pillowcases. Breakfast price/quality was ok.
