    The receptionist was extremely friendly!!!

    We were attending a five-day business conference in Nantes. Although we weren't able to get an upgrade due to full occupancy, the very friendly receptionist made up for it. He remembered our names and gave us a souvenir bag. I still use it to this day. Every time I use the bag, it reminds me of his kindness! If we ever visit Nantes again, we will definitely stay here again!

    Awesome hotel with dito rooms. Nice breakfast. Hotel is inside and outside upper class. Nice person at the check-in desk. They gave me an upgrade to a awesome room.     Excellent Hotel for location Staff Brealkfast Dining

    Hi just Returned from a 5 Day break 19yth till 23rd July at Radisson Nantes.Which was excellent. Orlane and Christian on the Front Desk were so helpfull from the Time we arrivedWe had a Beautifull Room 202 and we're celebrating our 35th Wedding on the 19th of July Anniversary.     Okay but not a 4 star experience

    The location is great and the building itself is beautiful, however, it didn't feel like a 4 star hotel in terms of our room or the service we received. The front desk staff were friendly but didn't seem know much about the area or the airport when we asked. And while we were checking in, we had to wait while she had a lengthy phone conversation with another guest, that we thought could have waited. The room was a decent size, quiet and dark. However, the furnishing were weird. Only one small chair and a table that would have been too low to work at. And it had a bench that tipped over when you tried to sit on it. Also, the plugs for charging where in awkward places and luggage rack was positioned right next to one of the beds. I didn't want to sleep beside my suitcase, so we moved it.The bathroom was a good size but the layout made no sense! A small counter with a weird sideways sink that made a noise when it drained. No where to hang anything and only a tiny shelf in the shower, despite it being a fairly big shower. Pretty sure who ever designed this bathroom has never actually stayed in a hotel!Bed were comfortable and we were given foam pillows when we requested them. The duvet however was so thick it would have been appropriate for an Arctic vacation! We were there while they were renovating the common space and it wasn't too disruptive, although I'm not sure why they have to play creepy lounge music in that area 24/7Lastly, the cleaning staff were great! Our room was always fully restocked and super clean when returned!     Writing this based on my interaction with the amazing staff. I was extremely disgruntled when I arrived for a few days as it wasn’t made clear to me on the official radisson website the extent of the structural work. Also the room was sub par in my opinion. However, the front of house staff Orleana (I think that’s her name) did an excellent job of explaining what was going on and attempting to find a solution. The next morning they found me another room and Max the manager took the time to speak with us. It’s a shame we didn’t get to see the hotel in its full glory but experienced what excellent staff, even in the restaurant at breakfast can do to make a difference to an unfortunate situation. Thanks to all of you, Roxanna too and the rest of the team who were all so kind to myself and the children. We’ll be back when the renovations are complete!
