    A perfect apartment hotel

    rating10 Apr 2025

We arrived late and the codes to get in and directions worked. We had a duplex apartment on the fifth floor for my son and I.The top bed was lovely and led to a nice terrace area where we could eat lunch and relax. The main area had a sofa bed for my son with full bedding, the bathroom was a really good size, there was a kitchenette with a hob, fridge, coffeemaker, kettle and basic utensils and even a microwave.Everything was cleanPlenty of towels, toilet roll.Everything was very clean. There is a lovely Boulangerie/bakery literally next door which does croissants, cakes and traditional french cakes and even lunches. With the Carrefour the other side next door, we could stock up on what we needed, with the apartment only ten minutes walk from the center of town and chateau it was perfect for us

    Strongly recommend NOT to visit

A dirty room with very old facility – far away from the pictures they advertises in their web siteWe felt that we had been deceived - the rooms were in a completely different state from the pictures in their brochures and hotel web site. The hotel is located in a neighborhood of homeless people and drunks, who shout all night and make noise. The entrance to the hotel is regularly dirty NOT something you should expected. The corridor leading to the rooms is dirty and unclean and also the entrance to the elevator. The state of cleanliness in the rooms is absolutely horrible - Both rooms were in very dirty condition. The door to the balcony in one of the rooms is black with dirt that may not have been cleaned for a year. The balcony is dirty and no one can sit there. The shower and the toilet were moldy and black dirt - also seemed to have not been cleaned for a long time The toilets were dirty and really repulsive The kitchenette is not maintained and broken The front door of the room is dirty and the electrical switches in the room are dirty and unclean The ventilators were black with dirt

    Absolutely awful

    rating06 Sept 2018

Definitely the worst place I have ever stayed in. We didn’t expect much but it was well below even our low expectations. We were given room 505. When we got out of the lift the light sensor wasn’t working so we were in pitch black surroundings. We had to use the torch on our phone to find the room. I’m pretty confident if there had been an emergency we wouldn’t have found our way to the emergency exit. The room itself was pretty horrid. Exposed wires, peeling and mouldy wallpaper. The bathroom was pretty disgusting with mould and rust all around the shower base. There were 2 sets of windows and some previous tenant had thoughtfully removed what looked like the smoke alarm and put it in the gap between the 2 windows and proceeded to use this space as an ash tray. The cupboards on the kitchen were swollen and perished. The narrow stair case had loose surfaces. It took us around 20 mins to decide we weren’t staying and we left and found alternative accommodation. The reception had closed by this point (7pm) so we had no option to request another room. Horrific!

Located right across the road from the congress centre and a Carrefour can be found around the corner. Rooms were small and can get extremely hot (a fan was provided). The receptionists (when present) were very helpful!

    Good choice in Nantes

    rating30 Jun 2018

Great location in Nantes, close to downtown and main station. There's a Carrefour market just beside, which is very usefull, specially because there's a little kitchen in the room.Room and bathroom are good, and wide enough. The self-service laundry is great!! 3 euros to clean, plus 3 euros to dry. And the whole cicle takes about 1h30m.Just be aware:- the reception closes early, and does not open on weekends. So be prepared for a do-it-yourself service.- they have parking, but it's not included in the price. It's 8 euros/day.- don't have A/C.
