  A Geat Gem!

  We were here for only a night, but we would gladly return.Hotel staff warm and welcoming. Attic bedroom and bathroom very well laid out, clean and quiet. Not for those that have poor mobility, though, as although there is a lift, you will need to climb some stairs. Breakfast scrumptious with local products! All in all, it was a lovely stay.

  I'm on day 2 of a week long stay at this charming hotel located in the heart of Nantes. The rooms are nice and the hotel well situated,. But the reason for me immediately writing this review, even before the end of my stay, is because of the quality of the team of individuals working here. I travel about 1/3 of every year and spend about 15-20% of my time in France. I can say, with confidence, that I have NEVER seen such a commitment to go above and beyond for every single client/guest. The people here are so lovely. So caring. So committed to ensuring that every need is met. I'm truly impressed and so happy that I select this hotel. Bravo and thank you from the bottom of my heart! What a positive difference you make in our lives!

  Can't book - FAKE reviews

  Fake! Sadly, I hoped to book Hotel Voltaire Opera Nantes Centre but first checking Tripadvisor reviews and the 11 October by Danielle S is transparently fake, by an employee or relative. 4 October by Monique B also questionable. Sure it's a good hotel but I can't book on this basis. Either hotel or Tripadvisor needs to get a grip on this.

  We stayed here as a group for my birthday and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better hotel to stay in. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and cared for, and their attention and kindness throughout our stay made the occasion even more memorable. The rooms were lovely, and the location couldn’t have been better, just a few minutes walk to the beautiful Place Graslin.
