    Cancelled Flight Transfer !!

    Cancelled flight and therefore transferred to this hotel. Staff were excellent at 2am in the morning and the room was large and clean. Breakfast was great with a really good selection of food. Would have made this 5* if the towels and pillows were a little bigger and luxurious.

    Nice Hotel with No AirConditioning

    Very pleasant and helpful reception staff. The room was comfortable with a nice balcony. The bed was a bit soft for my wife (bad back) but otherwise very good. Breakfast was OK and fairly standard. The building is modern and well appointed. Rooms have a kitchenette with a microwave. Room service meals are all ambient, bottled items such as sausage and lentils. The hotel is also a way out of the town and so more than a walk to access a restaurant. Our only gripes were that the hotel has no restaurant and that the rooms are not air conditioned. This in particular is a sad lack in a very modern hotel.

    We stayed here for three nights when our flight home was cancelled, the airline put us up at this hotel.The rooms are lovely, very spacious and clean. There is some nice outside space too.However, there is no restaurant at the hotel so they offer a 'meals on wheels' type thing. Avoid this, the food is awful, we only had it as the airline was paying for our meals but even then we decided to just have bread and cheese in our room. The portions are tiny and the food itself tastes artificial. It's a shame there is no restaurant. There is a breakfast buffet however, and this was good.There is very little in the way of facilities at the hotel, and it's a 20 minute walk to the village (or a 12€ taxi fare, one way!). You really need a car as it's very much in the middle of nowhere.If you have transport,it's not far to drive to a nice village or into Nantes itself. The staff here vary, some are very friendly, others made us feel very unwelcome.Very much a mixed bag, probably a good place to use as a base for exploring the area as it's comfortable and clean and has nice rooms.

    Nice hotel with very kind staff … but for 4 stars hotel, we could expect to have air conditioner in the hotelit is very sad because we spend an horrible night because of the heat and at the end very tired….
