  Close to Metro, Expect some noise but clean and won’t break the bank

  Location to Metro was good. It’s a small apartment which was nice but it’s very loud. We did not encounter any rude staff as others stated however we did not report any of our complaints. The tub filler stopper did not function. Other than the noise which was an environmental issue, tub fill concern (I got creative) and the lack of air conditioning which in this day and age should be a given! The homeless people and graffiti are sad to see, I do wish they would clean the place up before it goes downhill permanently. The little apartment is small but was clean. Towels and soap were provided.

  Outdated, noisy, and in need of a deep clean

  disappointing from start to finish. This place is long overdue for renovations, and basic upkeep seems to have been neglected.The noise was one of the biggest issues. I could hear my neighbors talking at a normal volume as if they were in my room, and street noise was constant. The windows are in very poor condition, offering little to no soundproofing. If it was this bad in the winter, I can’t imagine how much worse it gets when the city is busier in the summer.Cleanliness was also a problem. There was visible dirt next to my bed and in the bathroom, which is unacceptable in any hotel. The bathtub’s wooden panel was peeling off, making the bathroom look even more rundown.While I didn’t need air conditioning during my stay (winter), I can see how the lack of it would be a major issue in the summer.Customer service was inconsistent. The first staff member I spoke to was completely disinterested and made no effort to be helpful. The second person, however, was polite and did everything she could to improve the situation.Overall, this hotel is outdated, noisy, and not well-maintained. For the price and Accpor brand, I expected much better.

  Comfortable bed, good location, spacious room

  I’ve just spent 3 nights at this hotel for a business trip. Whilst the hotel is situated outside the center of Paris there is a Metro station close by which will get you directly into Paris within 20 minutes for the cost of €2.Before booking I was a little worried about how dated the rooms looked from the pictures online however it seems that they have been recently refurbished, and whilst still a little rough around the edges, they are perfectly functional. My room had a comfortable double bed, small kitchen area with sink and cooking facilities. The toilet was separate from the bathroom and the bathroom contained shower gel/soap, a hair dryer, and bath/shower combo. Unfortunately there was no iron/ironing board provided but this wasn’t a major issue for me personally, but something to be aware of.My room had nice views and a large window which meant it was quite well lit, which was for the best considering some of the lights didn’t work!Overall a nice enough room that was spacious and contained a good amount of facilities. Could do with some further TLC but overall it is a good hotel for the price.

  Internet unusably slow, rude staff

  I stayed here for a week for work purposes. Unfortunately, the internet was so unbelievably slow (1mbps - dial-up speed) that it was impossible to work here. I complained and received no response.I also requested a spare pillow on 3 separate occasions. I was repeatedly told by a rude staff member that it would be brought up to my room. It was not.The rooms were also very basic and location quite poor and dangerous at night.I will not be returning.   We are staying here for 9 nights. christmas 2020 .
