  I know, the price is relatively cheap. But if you have other options, consider them. This should be the last place you'd pick. That's what we did, because we booked last moment. But the price shouldn't justify 1) stupid rules of kicking people out between 11 and 15 o'clock 2) no kitchen, just microwave (that you can also use in specific hours 3) breakfast is very small 4) rooms are just terrible, disgusting, claustrophobic 5) the blanket was horrible and cheap 6) the bunk bed was very unstable If you have literally no other options... That will be your choice

  I checked in today. I got a room, where someone clearly had been smoking. I went and asked to have another room according to my reservation of a non-smoking room. The receptionist told me they only changed rooms in case of an emergency…Later I was asked to pay for towels even if there was nothing in the Hotels.com (Expedia) booking about extra costs for towels and linen except for city tax. She admitted they had had issues with reservations coming through Expedia, but the problem was clearly mine and not theirs. I asked to talk to the manager, but that wasn’t possible. I asked to have the towels and then clarify the matter with the manager later. The receptionist declared that she “was not authorized” to hand out towels without payment. I would have to pay. Don’t go here, if you expect to know beforehand what you can expect of room and costs. It’s a trap and the staff will not help you.

  This is by far the dirtiest, most horrible hostel that we have stayed in. I would not recommend anyone stays here. The staff were nice and it’s good you get breakfast included but it is not worth it for how unclean it is.

  Forced to sleep in a room with blood on walls and bed

  I have never had such an AWFUL experience staying in a hostel. My girlfriend and I frequently travel together and have never been treated with such disrespect. First off, we mentioned to the staff working on site that we perhaps believe our room was accidentally skipped today and not cleaned. He demanded that it was in fact not skipped and met the hotels standards. I then showed him photos which of blood and bodily fluids (perhaps urine) on the walls, and all over my mattress in our room. We expressed that we did not feel safe or comfortable staying in this room. He then wrote down our room number and demanded that we leave and go back to our rooms. I then asked if I may have the contact information for a decision maker within the hostel as this is an extremely saddening experience. We are paying $110 a night for a private room, which is in fact not cheap for a hostel. The employee stated that he did not know his managers name, would not provide it to us, and did not have a telephone number or email. He then demanded that we sleep in the room provided to us despite it being covered in BLOOD and bodily substances. I would never recommend this hostel to anyone. Not to mention….everyday customers are told that they are absolutely not allowed in their rooms between the hours 11am-3pm (4 hours total) so that cleaning can be done. I am not sure what is getting done during those hours, but let me tell you it certainly is not any cleaning.
